A fascinating snapshot of the average police officers (predominantly men) in 1989 commenting on all aspects of policing, from complaints, to racism, to general patrol, to firearms. Fortunately most of these views are now consigned to the history books but Graef has done society a service by capturing these. Would be fascinating to see this done now in 2025.
