Emily and Charles Lawrence own a detective agency in Washington from 1872 to 1890. Charlotte Wyngate is head mistress of a school in Wilmington Delaware n the 1890s. Iccarus Norton was born in 1776 and rides his trusty steed Medusas through most of eastern Massachusetts in the New Republic.
