Willow stands over the collapsed bodies of Drake and Landen, both of whom have been entrapped by a mysterious other, whose mystical and seductive powers have not only endangered the lives of these two boys, but will have further repercussions which threaten to bring all of Esterious to ruin.

Willow will soon discover that Drake and Landen are in mortal peril, trapped in another plane known as The Realm. This haunting dream state is the birthplace of temptation - a dominion of unspeakable power and unimaginable danger. They must return, and soon; if they remain too long, their souls will be consumed and they will forever be lost to the darkness. To retrieve them, Willow must return to Infante and seek out a new group of allies, a new series of dangers, and an enigmatic twin of herself - a girl with her own troubles, fears, and demons.

War and death lie just beyond the horizon. Astride the chasm between two worlds, Willow once again defies the forces of Light and Dark. In her most desperate hour, can she face her fears, rescue her soul mates, and thereby save an entire dimension from the brink of terrible conflict? Landen, Drake, and millions of other souls will die should she fail; but what will become of Landen and Drake should she succeed?

I'm an obsessive daydreamer. Lover of loud alternative music. I love to laugh until it hurts. Fall is my favorite season. Black is my favorite 'shade.' Strong believer in the saying: there is a reason for everything, therefore I search for 'marked moments' every moment of everyday...and I find them. Life is beautiful!

The newest addition of the Insight Series . Jamie Magee once again did not disappoint. Jamie writes a story that you just can not put down . I love how all of the characters from both series have come together.

This is a story filled with both light and darkness. Willow is filled with fury as she stares helpless at the bodies of her loves both Drake and Landon. She doesn't know what to do to help them and her emotion controls the weather. The storm she unleashes on Esterious could destory it. As Willow struggles to control the rage she fills and get a handle on herself Brady is at her side helping to give her calmness.

The boys Drake and Landon have been captured by a seductress and taken to another realm. Here they are facing evil itself . War and Death are all around , will Willow make a deal with the devil to save them?

This is just the beginning to save Drake and Landon Willow goes to find Charli. She brings Charli, Madison, Monroe, Draven , the whole "See" crew" back with her. They are the only ones that can help her defeat Bianca and save Landon and Drake.

Then when you think these are fixing to get better tragedy strikes. A book of wonder, fantasy and pure excitement. I love love Jamie Magee and this series.

I flew through the last two books, Vital and Vindicate. There was no way I was going to put down the books until I knew what happened next and after that and so on.
These books are ADDICTING. I'm beyond ecstatic that I came across the Insight series because I've been looking for some good books to keep me occupied and fulfill my reading goal for the year.
After reading Vampire Academy last year, I was rather doubtful that another series would captivate me as it did. But along came Insight, and I'm lost once again in a world created by a brilliant author. I hope this isn't the end... I have my fingers crossed that another installment is coming. I CAN'T WAIT.

I have to thank you, Jamie Magee, for writing such an interesting, adventurous, thrilling, and creative series. Those words... I don't even feel that they come close enough to describe the Insight series, but they will have to do.
Bravo, Magee... bravo.

Okay so... my previous review said NOTHING about the story. And I don’t remember any of these events happening! What the heck? Am I reading a completely different book than I did 7 years ago?
This Realm, the Escorts, the battle? I don’t remember it. But I enjoyed the story nonetheless; maybe a bit less enthusiastically compared to last time, haha.

At the end of Vital we know someone has taken Landen and Drake. Willow has a new insight and everything seems to be falling apart. This is a new side to Willow we have not seen yet. She is filled with a fury she has idea how to control. What do you do when even your family is afraid of you, of you losing your control and your mind? Will she be able to control it long enough to get Landen and Drake back? Will she find the twins they need? Or will everything end before they all collide?

OK so I still love these characters and the story. However, it has not reached it's conclusion. There are too many questions left, they have not been through all of the trials, and there was a huge unexplored revelation at the end. This is the last book in this series so I'm a little crushed. There are also three books in the See series that have some of the same characters in it. I hope that by reading these books my questions are answered.

i am in awe at the imagination of Jamie Magee. This series of books are fabulous.
When live brings about challenges and you don't think you can handle any more, you find a way to come out on top. To be that brave is not an easy thing to do. I wish I could have have been that brave at such a young age. I would have been a better person for it.
On to the next one.

Best book of the series, the writing is getting better with each one. Willow is a still a bit too naive for my taste, bit that is the way with most main characters

With this reread, Vindicate is definitely my favorite of the first few books in the series!

We have a powerful and determined Willow, we have our wonderful characters all FINALLY meeting, we can see the different relationships dynamics starting to take place between all of them, and the list goes on...

I feel like this book is even better with a reread. Some elements of the story (like Landen's behavior at the end) can only be understood once you know what awaits the characters in the next books.

My only complain with the previous Insight books was how Willow seemed often powerless and like a damsel in distress. Well in THIS specific book, she is far from that. She is slaying even though she's in pain. She's being a sassy scorpio and I absolutely loved following her footsteps.

The philosophical discussions were beautiful, I loved how Willow ended up preaching something she did not believe in the beginning. Brady's commitment to her was also very endearing, you could feel the love he has for his brother and his sister-in-law.

I could go on forever but I want to keep my review spoiler free so I'll just say that Vindicate is the perfect meeting point between insight and See. Charlie and Draven's darkness is a fresh addition to the world of Insight, Madison is an absolute queeeen and even though the ending is quite sad, I cannot wait to reread Synergy and then Enflame!

Love this series.

This is an amazing story. I love how everything is weaving together. There are many players in this game, but it seems that we have yet to meet them all.

I love every little thing about Jamie's writing and she continues to WOW me in this book. Her imagination is something of value and every book I read another door opens in my mind.

I love the different points of views in the Insight and See series and I definitely preferred the Insight version better.

In this book we see the roles reversed, usually Willow is the helpless damsel and Landon and Drake have been there to help her through the tests but now both the people that she has become dependant on now need her help. So she goes looking for the only thing she can and that is who wrote the song!

I love the twists and turns in this book and I love how much my imagination comes to life in the dream realm, Jamie depicts her surroundings beautifully which helps us visualise what she sees. I cannot wait until Enflamed is out, ill never want the series to end

This is my favorite book out of the series, reading the sister series coming together in one epic book was enticing and satisfying. The storyline was good with the main female lead coming into her own, realizing she has strength without her counterpart and finding the answers to her predicament. Reading the interaction between all the characters was immensely entertaining the plot takes a huge twist towards the end revealing new light and mysteries to the series. The trial was to be brutal but the lead has been growing more confident and is easily able to over come such foreboding, it seems the characters stress themselves out before the trial begins creating unnecessary turmoil for themselves. Hopefully now the dreaded love triangle has been dispersed it's painfully frustrating to read about.

The Insight series tends to take a lot out of me so I have to pace myself when reading it. Such a creative storyline which keeps getting more intense with each new book - Willow, Landen and Drake are such an original concept on the typical romantic triangle that at times I am still not sure who I want Willow to wind up with:)
I did read this without having read any of the See series which was my mistake - while I still really enjoyed it I am now going back to catch up on Charlie, Draven & Madison's story so that some of the puzzle pieces make a bit more sense!
Thank you for another thrilling read Jamie that I could not put down!!!!

Landen and Willow

This is the fifth book in the Insight series and the seventh in the Web of Hearts and Souls series. In this book, the Insight and See characters collide. Willow must go into the realm to save Landen and Drake. To do this, she needs to find Charlie, Draven, and the crew from the See series to teach her about the realm. Awesome addition to the Web!

Drake and landen are stuck in the realm. Landen wont leave with out Drake. Charlie and the others come to esterious to help save them. Madison has a lot to digest when she realizes the man from her dreams is real. Bianca is a major complication. I love the way the two series combine and they all learn to work together for a common goal.

Jamie has a great way of creating cliff hanger endings that meld seamlessly into the next book. I'm reading the "see" series and "insight" series as suggested at the end of the book. I can't imagine it any other way; it's like character POV chapters but better!!
