His friends are captured, and the President demands an audience...
Mark Carpen has a shifter, a special watch that allows him to travel through time. He uses it to intervene in the past, rescuing the innocent from unforeseen violence and stopping tragic accidents before they can happen — though at times a mysterious force inexplicably blocks him, especially when he’s trying to save someone he loves.
Alexander Rialto is the leader of Dark Shift, a cabal of time-traveling assassins. Mark’s mortal enemy, he is determined to exterminate the members of ChronoShift once and for all.
While Rialto threatens to set the Middle East on fire unless the leaders of the free world turn Mark over to him, the members of ChronoShift embark on a search through time for the one object that can stop Rialto in his tracks.
But how do you find something that’s been missing for almost three thousand years?

I love time travel books. This one annoyed me at times, but it made me cry at the end. I'm going to enjoy my journey in life and thank God every day for what has and will happen.
I cannot pass up a good time travel story and this one was amazing. It is the third and final book of a trilogy and you really need to read them in order. Once you finish reading them you want to go back and read them again to see all of the interaction that takes place between characters because of time travel "paradoxes". You could probably read these book and pick out a whole bunch of errors due to logistics and rules concerning time travel but I didn't come to do that. I came for the story and Mason delivered it superbly. I am just sad it is over. It's been awhile since a story has consumed me so much. I found the first in the series for free on Amazon for Kindle and I was hooked. I had to have the rest of the series and after reading them I must say it was money very well spent. I hope Mason somehow adds to this trilogy with some stand alone books. I would also like to see a movie or TV series come out of this. It was great.
I'm so disappointed in the last Chrono(sh!t) book Turn I wish I had know you were pushing your GOD Agenda on your readers... you ruined a good thing even with the contradictory technology in the books I looked passed it because the first book was such a good read... And then you push your political views on us by implying that democrats are evil and republicans are not.... I feel he really messed up a good thing he could have keep this going but now I will never read anything else from this Author
2nd in a series of 3. Time-travel novel, has some twists and turns. You'll find it interesting if you like history, as they go back to some historical times in America and abrosd.
Fantastic end to a terrific trilogy. Intellectually and emotionally great ride. I'll have to shift back to the first book to modify my review now that I've finished.
I wanted the ending to this series. After a lot of patience and detours got it. For me this book wasn't what I expected it to be but it was still a good read.
