THIS IS THE BEST TAGALOG ROMANTIC-SPIRITUAL STORY EVER. Ang ganda talaga niya, okay. Malinaw ang storyline at hindi ka malilito. Kung nawawalan ka na ng pag-asa sa buhay mo, you better read this. Papakiligin ka and at the same time maiinspire kang magbago dahil kay Eris. :)

Haha. Ang cute nung pagkakarelate niya sa 10 Signatures to Bargain with God. :)
Ang kyooot nung story na kahit namatay na si Eris dati, siya pa rin yung tumutulong kay Eros para makapagbago. :) Ang nice nung concept na may mission yung Angel. Natutuwa ako sa outcome nung story.
Hahaha.

January 25, 2024I'm sorry. If it's possible, I would even rate it lower than a 1 star. I'm not usually harsh, but this book is just a disappointment.
So anyways how did I even come across with this book? While I don't meddle with famous Filipino wattpad books these days (actually, years), my friend recommended this to me, thinking that I might like it.
And of course, I took the bait.
I was actually planning to read it on the app, but apparently it wasn't free anymore, so I had to even order for the paperback copy.
While I was looking forward to this, I didn't have that much high expectation. Of course, it's just a old Wattpad book. How can I expect much from this? But still, I was hoping that it would be a decent read— something that would be just a feel-good thing.
Anyways, when I started the flipping the pages, I felt dumbfounded. It's Taglish? Well, that wasn't something I warned about. I'm not accustomed to reading Taglish these days, but I still proceeded on, even with the slight struggle from the start.
I kept my mind open. Since this was a book that was made years ago, for sure there would be redflags here and there. Anyways, I'm not the kind of reader who gets easily triggered by redflags. Sometimes, I would even shrug it off. But this book— well— it exceeds my limit.

All the disappointment stems in EROS, and how the story was executed. I understand that the author was trying to focus in Eros' character development, but well... how it was implemented was terrible!
Here are the major key points that made me dislike the story.
1️⃣ Eros let the girl be raped and murdered 💀 Yes, he was affected by it. Yes, he regret it. But I think it's more on tell than show.
When he realized that the angel was actually his deceased girlfriend, he was just like: "oh i'm sorry. Are you not mad that I let you get rape? Oh, I see. How many percentage is left to revive you? I love you."
That's not the actual dialogues, but that's what I get from the story. Do you feel the sincerity? Do you feel the regret? Cause no I feel nothing. If only asking sorry was just so easy... I have nothing against with Eris because she's an angel. But at least the writer could have expressed Eros's sincerity better, so I wouldn't have felt like this.
2️⃣ Honestly, I don't think Eros did like the present Eris. He only decided to love her, just because he remembered that she was his deceased girlfriend. It was a thumbs down for me. I swear, if Eros didn't remember anything, he wouldn't have feelings for Eris.
3️⃣ So anyways... Eros said that he'll do his best to revive Eris. He was also doing the mission because he wanted his sister to stay healthy too. But the writer made him dumb as hell? Character development where? He actually dared to inflict violence on others, nearly causing the necklace to get broken and almost killing his loved ones. Wow.
4️⃣ When the necklace is at its 100% already, but Eros refused to pray. While he stated that it's just because he wanted to pray deeply from the heart, I can only shake my head.
Obviously, this is only written for the plot that it doesn't feel natural (or rather realistic) anymore. His excuses only made me roll my eyes because it's so freaking nonsense. I'm sure that if he just prayed right there and then, God would have listened. I'm sure it would have come from his heart because he had wanted to help his sister so much all those time.
Refusing to pray is just stalling his time when he knows that his sister's condition is quite in a critical state.
It's really just dumb...
Anyways, well I did the find the story cute at the start. I also did like Eros for a moment until those certain events happened. I have nothing against Eris because I know that she's written as an angel. She would always forgive... even though something cruel happened to her. But eh, I still don't like the story. I don't think I would have liked it too, even when I'm in my teenager days— it was really just meh.
I still do appreciate the writer's efforts for writing a story that tackles about God and forgiveness and changing for the better.

I've read the manga version.
It was okay. The drawing was okay but there were some cut drawings and texts. Also, the bad words still occured. They should have just remove it instead of tearing one letter because it has the same meaning, though.
It all started with Eros Magdayo, a typical bad and bully guy around the corner. He was an adopted child and he doesn't really feel he belong to his family except for his older sister Risa who is closest to his heart. But sadly, Risa is dying and she has about less than a month to live.
Meanwhile, Eris Jane Trinidad, an angel sent by the heaven proclaiming that she's the guardian angel of Eros who appears to be the exact opposite of him. She's kind, lovely, cute and God fearing. She came down to earth to accomplish a mission with Eros which will change his life.
I enjoyed the story so far. Cliffhanger ending.I can't wait for the next volume. It was my first time to read manga created by Filipino artist. That was amazing!

I enjoyed reading this book! I illegally read this story (even though I read the manga adaptation). She Died is also a hundred times better than She's Dating the Gangster. First of all, the dialogues are very realistic. The dialogue is appropriate to the speaker. (Eros' cussing is very natural, but enough as a person who curses a lot) Without the emoticon (on the draft version), this story is really a good one. The plot is very clear as well as the message!
Good job, Ms. Denny (aka. HaveYouSeenThisGirL), since I've become an official Dennysaur because of this story. :)

The story actually is really meaningful. It states that we shouldn't give up on our lives. We can change for the better.

Eros is our bad boy who does things that aren't cool with the law and Eris is our girl/guardian angel who will help Eros to become good. Not gonna lie that this Filipino story by HaveYouSeenThisGirl is awesome so as its manga adaptation. The plot is simple yet wholesome to read and it will make you laugh & cry. I'll read it again soon.

I want to say that the plot of this book is original but I haven't explore other books or shows similar to this story or exactly same to this, pero ang ganda and kung di lang quarantine ngayon, baka nabili ko na physical book nito.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ super ganda as in! kung pede lang mabasa ulit for the first time and fun fact etong book ang pinaka unang nagustuhan at nabasa ko in just 1 day! usually inaabot ako ng months to read one book pero ito! saglit lng talaga! kung ano ineexpect ko ayun talaga yung plot! 100% recommended talaga

4 stars, This story is Very Touching and i like it because of the PLOT.
Even though , I'm dissapointed because of DIED thingy, I'm Christian kaya hindi ako naniniwala na kailangan mabuhay ng isang babae para magligtas , If you have read BIBLE about sa isang mayaman at mahirap na lalaki at pareho silang namatay. Malalaman nito ang sinasabi ko.

Kapag binasa mo itong story, simula sa umpisa hanggang sa wakas, hinding-hindi ka maiinip. Kasi sa bawat chapter, laging may iniiwang 'something' na lalong nagpapa-curious sa mga readers. Hands down to, Ate Denny! :)

Super ganda nung story. Kahit may halong romance yung storya hindi mo pa rin makakaila na may makukuha kang magandang aral. Second sa Diary ng Panget this is my favorite. Ang galing mo talaga ate denny! :)

Isa sa mga ebooks na talagang natuwa ako aside from DNP. And the name of the characters are very cute hahaha. Unique yung story para sa akin at somewhat inspiring yung story lalo na sa mga taong gustong makamit ang second chance.

mas higit pa sa 5 stars ang ratings ko dito, ito ung klase ng libro na pwede mo isali sa collections at basahin ulit. highly recommended basahin para sa mga teeagers. kakaiba kasi ung story sobrang worth it basahin para sa akin masaya ako kung paano ng wakas ung story niya.

A very sad book. Yet some parts are really funny I can't help but laugh on my own. There are just parts that I can't seem to understand -- or somehow I do but still I have questions I want to ask the author. If you believe in angels and God, this one is a must for you. I read it for two days.
