I really enjoyed re-reading this book as encouragement and inspiration for my new school year. It had been several years since I read it. While I didn't enjoy (need?) the many practical ideas as much as I had previously, I still appreciated her philosophies. I had gotten away from notebooking with my older two in the pressures of high school-level academics, and am enjoying getting back to notebooking with my younger children.

I REALLY liked this little book. Its full of practical ideas on how to ignite a passion for learning. It complements beautifully with the Thomas Jefferson Education style of learning as well...
