It’s hard to be normal when you’re Santa’s daughter, but Holly Kringle is giving it her best shot, staying out of the family business and building a life for herself as a small town teacher. However, the elves and Mrs. Claus decide to help things along when Holly falls for David, the hot divorced father of one of her young students. When Santa “accidentally” leaves the little boy’s present behind, the family calls on Holly to deliver it herself, even if it means a midnight tangle with David that could turn their little spark of chemistry into Christmas fireworks.
David Brewster might be ready to start dating again, and can't keep his eyes off his son Henry's gorgeous teacher. She's sweet and nice and smells like cinnamon, but everyone seems convinced that she's Santa Claus' daughter. David is sure it must be nonsense until Holly magically appears in his living room on Christmas Eve to deliver a present for Henry. Santa's daughter or not, David is determined to convince Holly to give them a chance, even if he has to get incredibly naughty to make her wishes come true.
really short and really cute. Holly Kringle, yeah Santa's daughter, wants to be normal so she leaves the North Pole and becomes a second grade teacher. But with a name like Holly Kringle she can't really keep her parentage a secret and that really puts a damper on her sex life. I mean really banging Santa's daughter is probably the quickest way to the top of the Naughty list. David Brewster is the newly single father of one of Holly's students. He's one of the few who doesn't believe the whole Santa's daughter story, that is until Holly magically appears in his living room on Christmas Eve night to deliver a present. Soon David is wondering if being on the naughty list is really such a bad thing. This was a really good quick read. It's apparently to be the first in a Kringle Girls series. I look forward to reading the rest.
Dr. David Brewster would definitely top Santa's Naughty List if Kris Kringle got an inkling of what he'd like to do to his daughter, Holly. The single parent has a son in Holly's class and, when he sees her scantily dressed as an Elf, his Christmas chher reaches boiling point. Holly, however, though she finds David hot, hot, hot, doesn't think it's a good idea to date the parent of a student. It's Christmas Eve, Santa has been delivering presents around the world, her sisters are all busy and … one present has been left behind! Of all the children in the world who could it possibly be? Yep, young Henry Brewster. “Dammit … This is SO fucking unfair.” “Holly - The Kringle Girls” is very short but highly enjoyable. It captures the festive spirit nicely. I did like the idea of “Snow globe technology.” 3.5 Stars, raised to 4 Stars.
This is a festive little short story that starts off kind of cute and quickly escalates to something a bit more spicy. Holly Kringle is one of Santa's daughters and she insists on trying to live a normal life as a teacher. She's a kind-hearted woman who has fallen for the father of one of her students. David is a doctor who is divorced and raising his son on his own, and Holly has done as much as she can to help them both out. The chemistry between this two is great and the only complaint I had was that some of description was representative. I thought the fact that she is a daughter of Santa was a great spin on things and I would actually like to see more of Holly and the others in something a bit longer than this. As usual not much in the way of long term story line but there is certainly potential for it, and I'm curious about the other novellas now.
I enjoyed this book. It started with this teasing sexy opening, then a wild graphic but well written sex scene. Then it's a Hallmark Christmas movie. A funny elf named Glitzy shows up. This brings the couple together.
There's really well written exciting sex scenes and then there's cute humor.
Totally loved this festive short story. The story line was good and the chemistry between the two was off the scales!! Really looking forward to the following three sisters story. Totally love the cover as well which is what attracted me to the story.
sadly this was a could not finish for me. Which is sad considering how short it is. It bounces between Santas daughter who is slutty and a present needing delivered. I couldn't fall into the story no matter how hard I tried.
This was a short quick read that seem awkward in some parts off in others... Add in there was no breaks in between the different speakers... (see screenshot in the full review when it goes live on my blog on Dec 23 2015)
