I was definitely pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this business psychology book from 1995! I think the title intrigued me when I saw it at a yard sale several years ago, and in a recent attempt to start reading the random books I've accumulated, I opened it up. The writing was much better than most self help-type books I've seen, and the information very much aligned with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) mindfulness skills, though the book is based on Family Systems theory. In fact, this book may have been ahead of its time.
This is a great book for understanding dysfunction in a workgroup. We were having a lot of conflict in our workgroup, and this book shed so much light on why I was perceiving things in the way that I was. It is entertaining to read and right on the mark! Love it!
