برای من کتاب مفیدی بود و بهش نیاز داشتم. بخش اول مقاله‌مقاله به موضوعات مهم فلسفه هنر می‌پردازه و در آخر هر قسمت "برای مطالعه بیشتر" رفرنس‌های خیلی خوبی میده به مقاله‌های مرتبط. بخش دوم فیلسوف‌هایی که در این موضوع فعالیت کردند رو معرفی میکنه و خیلی خلاصه از افکارشون میگه (این بخش به نظرم خیلی بیشتر جای کار داشت و عملا چیزی اضافه نمیکرد و تکرار حرف‌هایی بود که از قبل توی بخش اول زده شده بود). بخش سوم معرفی متون مهم فلسفه هنر بود که باز توی دو بخش قبلی همون توضیحات آورده شده بود. و بخش چهارم درباره انواع هنر صحبت میکنه. در کل به نظر من بخش یک بهترین قسمت کتاب بود و ارزش خوندن داره.
