Geoff Thompson is a BAFTA-winning writer, filmmaker, spiritual teacher, and martial artist with a prolific career spanning multiple disciplines. No puedo decir que es el mejor libro que he leido, no da mucho de tecnica, es mas bien para alguien que tiene su metodo de entrenamiento y tecnicas definidas. Es una guia para el combate real. Es un libro muy corto, no hay mucha informacion y se repite mucho, aun asi creo que tiene varios puntos positivos como el como reaccionar en un enfrentamiento real, como se pierde la compostura y la forma y se valen hasta mordidas.
