This book gives an introduction to PLCs which are foundational to industrial automation and make up the backbone of theme park ride and show control systems. It is a starting point, but lacks exercises with simulations to develop real skills. Unlike other textbooks there are no solutions provided in the back of the book which makes the exercise questions not very helpful.
