In the final book of Ginger Voight's Groupie Trilogy, Andy and Vanni have returned to Los Angeles to prepare for the birth of their child. 4.5 VANNIRIFIC STARS
STOP THE PRESS...HOLD THE PHONE! YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT!
I said Vanniriffic.....
It's CRAZY to say this but I fell in love with Vanni in the last installment of this brilliant trilogy. I know! I know!! I'm surprised as hell myself. Vanni is a different man in this book. His growth and maturity just sucked me in. I NEVER thought this would happen...honestly! I seriously hated the guy in book 1 Groupie, then in book 2 Rock Star I felt myself softening towards him and in this book I was a full on Vanni supporter. The guy won me over.
Love is a circle. You get what you give, like the ebb and flow of the tide. It restores and renews the parts it takes away; otherwise it’s not really love at all. In every other case it’s just a dance. Two bodies responding to each other until the music has ended and they have to move on.”
In Mogul we see Andy and Vanni's relationship blossom and grow. At the end of Rockstar Andy is pregnant with his baby. I really loved that in Mogul we were able to see Vanni's more nurturing side. He became more selfless, more mature, tending to Andy's needs well. It felt good to see them come together after so many years of back and forth. I felt Andy deserved to be loved wholeheartedly and get the happy ending that she deserved.
This book was a bit different than the other books because it wasn't as severely angsty as the last two. The angst in this one was a different kind of torture. The new characters Holly, Leo and Julian come back with a vengeance and turn things upside down throwing a wrench in the plot that left my stomach in knots. Those three are evil bastards that blew my mind with what they had in store for Andy and Vanni.
I have to say that the last couple chapters of Mogul almost KILLED me. I felt so overcome with panic!! The plot twist was absolutely INTENSE and definitely something that makes you think "This cannot be happening"! I saw it coming but nothing really prepared me for it.
Graham ....Sigh...I really loved Graham. He's such sweet and awesome guy. I wanted him to be happy. I felt like Andy had put him through the wringer and he deserved to have someone put him first and treat him as a partner and to love him unconditionally. Will Graham find love in Mogul? Does he still pine for Andy? Well....you have to read to find out ;). He's still completely in love with Andy in this book. He's devotion to her is heartwarming but Graham has to learn to let Andy go which is not something that happens easily.
Overall I really loved and enjoyed this series thoroughly. It's amazing to see how the characters progressed from one book to the next. They come full circle leaving you satisfied after a sweetly torturous ride. I think that this is the most dramatic series I have ever read and definitely one I’ll remember. Noone rights angst quite like this author. In my opinion she takes it to a whole new level. I’m a big fan of her writing and definitely looking forward to more books of hers in the future. If you are a romance fan that loves love triangles then please pick this series up. You will not be disappointed. I will tell you though to buckle up and enjoy the ride because it’s one hell of a bumpy one.

Four Stars

It was what he always thought a honeymoon would be like. He just needed to find the one woman he’d ever want to marry. Now he knew with all certainty that woman was Andy.
First off, a huge, massive THANK YOU to the fabulous Ginger Voight for allowing little ole me to Beta Read this. It was an honor and privilege, let me tell you. I was dying after reading book two, Rock Star. So much happened in that book and I had TONS of unanswered questions at the end. I was so excited to get my hands on this and finally gain some much needed closure and happiness. This was me after I finished reading Mogul:

Relaxing. Calming. **Exhale** Yep. I'm a happy and content girl. **smirks** Talk about a crazy ending!
This wasn’t as angsty as the first two books, but it was still an emotionally charged read. No character is perfect and everyone had their own little flaw; it seemed that I wanted to slap everyone sometime or another. lol.
He sighed again as he glanced down at Andy as she slept in his arms. He’d been such a dick for so long. Why couldn’t he just keep it in his pants and be a grown-up?
My biggest source of happiness was seeing the transformation of Vanni. Ladies, he FINALLY grew up. Thank God! Womanizing, selfish and egotistical Vanni was gone. He finally had Andy and he was not about to fuck it up. Never again!! It was torture to read his downward spiral in book two and to see him finally take responsibility for his actions and still protect Andy was such a breath of fresh air. I loved committed and loving Vanni. However, the subject of Holly and their baby was still a question we desperately needed an answer to. Is the baby really Vanni’s? How did Andy take the news?
This wasn’t just some guy sharing her bed. This was the love of her life, her unexpected soul mate.
Oh Andy, Andy, Andy…her HEA with Vanni is within her reach, but man, his past constantly hounds her. The drama with Holly is nothing compared to what she faces in this book. Someone is out for revenge on Vanni and has their sights on Andy. There is so much backstabbing, lying and deceit surrounding Vanni that it’s hard to know who to trust anymore. Vanni tries his best to be there for her and their baby, but he’s an honorable man and wants to help Holly. Gahh! Don’t even get me started on how I felt about him and Holly. Ugh. He has nothing but good intentions, but really, Vanni?! All I can say is that I totally side with Andy. No wonder she still runs to Graham for comfort.
“But what’s more my business, is how your selfish, entitled, egomaniacal behavior affects someone I love. See, that’s more than business. That’s personal.”
“She’s not yours to protect,” Vanni reminded quietly.
“She is if you refuse to,” Graham replied.
**SIGH** I love Graham. I just love him. I still wonder what it would’ve been like if Andy had chosen Graham over Vanni. It’s no contest, Graham has always been the better man. As much as I loved Vanni’s transformation, Graham had remained the same, honorable and loving man I grew to adore. He’s the safe and obvious choice, but I guess we can’t chose who we love. At least Graham found happiness, too, in this book. :)
I’m sad that the drama is over, but happy with how everything turned out. The adventure and the torture were well worth it. It was such a great ride. This is a definite must read for those who have followed the series: It provided the closure we all needed. Well done, Gin! Well done :)

After reading Groupie book 1 in this series, and having mixed emotions I never thought I would end up thoroughly enjoying this series! But I did!!! I absolutely loved it!!!
If only it was that easy...
Mogul picks up right where Rock Star left off. Andy and Vanni are finally together and are expecting a baby. Vanni has officially closed the door to his groupie loving ways and is now a one woman man.
Regardless of these lifestyle changes Vanni's past mistakes continue to plague the couple. His enemies may hate him and want to take him under but it's Andy who becomes the main target. She starts to receive death threats in packages left on the door step of their home. On top of that the Wilke family wants to milk Vanni in a law suit for all he's worth to ensure their wealth. And as if that wasn't bad enough Holly has an even bigger surprise in store for the couple.
Holly is back and she wants it all. She has her golden ticket and plans to cash it in for ALL IT'S WORTH. Problem is this chick just can't take a hint.
'He was an idiot for trying to fit anyone in the Andy-shaped hole in his heart for the past four years. No one fit. No one filled him like Andy. ~Inner monologue of Vanni

Vanni's plan is to take care of his family and in order to do that he must find a way to pull in more income. After discussing his plan with Graham they come up with a solution. Reality Television. Vanni will become a judge and help find Americas next super star.
Now that his pockets are getting fatter he must accept and deal with Holly and all the baggage she carries. Unfortunately doing so will upset Andy.
Seeking a settlement to the law suit with the Wilke family proves to be hard. It seems like every step forward returns with two steps back. The press have a field day with all the new drama in Vanni and Andy's life. They are relentless with Andy calling her all types of man stealing fat whores. Making her out to be the villain in this whole debacle. No matter what Andy remains a fighter and she is determined to protect her unborn child and keep her man.
“That man"s still in love with you. Don"t tell me you can"t see that.”
“And I"m in love with you,” ~Vanni and Andy
Graham holds out hope that he and Andy will one day be reunited. He knows that Vanni will eventually mess up and when he does Graham plans to step in. However all hope is shattered when he finds out Andy is expecting Vanni's baby. The two alpha males go toe to toe once again over Andy.
'He was still chasing after a rainbow when a pot of gold sat in his own house'
Maggie, Grahams physical therapist watches from the sidelines as he gets his heart broken repeatedly. She has fallen in love with him and not even sure when or how it happened. But it did, and now all she can do is wait for him to move on from Andy. She refuses to be a stand in for another woman.
Rude awakenings, thoughtful surprises both good and bad, death threats plus a mad man with murder on the brain all play a hand in this book. And all of it leads to an explosive conclusion.
So fasten your seat belts and enjoy the drama filled ride.
My Thoughts
The book builds in a gradual steady stream of crescendo and transcends into a SONIC BOOM! Literally. This book had great twist and turns just like its predecessor with a nail biting ending. Overall I think Ginger Voight gave readers an AWESOME conclusion to the series!

This series started off good and just went downhill with each book leaving me, as the reader, wondering why I spent time on these characters and tried caring for them. It just frustrates me when contemporary books set in modern time just throw out common sense just so there can be more drama. More drama does not equal better story. Also there will be spoilers to the previous books, possible for this book as well.
In the final book of the Groupie series. Vanni has impregnated two women. One he claims he loves and the other is the lying bi**h who just wanted his money. Having a stroke of conscious, Vanni decides he wants to finally be a man and will provide for both. Meaning Vanni falls back to being a victim of baby mama #2's lies. Also, the fact that he just takes at face value that the kid is his just speaks volumes as to how much of an idiot Vanni is.

But yet, she lets Vanni treat her like shit over and over again. And she keeps going back. I get it, she loves him. But sometimes love ain't enough. And the fact that she was bringing a baby into the world you would think she would want that baby to be safe. But no. Vanni is the only thing that matters to Andy. And after this book, I just lost all respect for her.
The events of this book were predictable only because you can follow the drama. Whatever the most dramatic event you could imagine happening, it happened. It was so ridiculous that I just kept rolling my eyes. Sad to see what could have been a good romance story just fall apart.
In the final book of the Groupie series. Vanni has impregnated two women. One he claims he loves and the other is the lying bi**h who just wanted his money. Having a stroke of conscious, Vanni decides he wants to finally be a man and will provide for both. Meaning Vanni falls back to being a victim of baby mama #2's lies. Also, the fact that he just takes at face value that the kid is his just speaks volumes as to how much of an idiot Vanni is.

I'm tempted to give this 1 star. Not for the writing/story. The writing was pretty good and would get 4 stars from me.
My problem is with the characters. Specifically Vanni. I just don't like him, and could not warm up to him. I hated him from book 1, and he never redeemed himself to me.
I guess it came down to this (from Book 1):
There are two guys. 1 jumps in front of a bullet for you, and the other one ducks and leaves you standing there. I'm sorry, but the one who tried to protect me wins every time.
In addition, 1 wants to show me off in public, while the other one wants to hide me (while being with other women in public). The Lourdes thing I understand, but the Kat thing was unforgivable. He could have chosen to be with Andy in public instead of Kat, because there was no pressure from the label, but he didn't. And his explanation about him feeling too much was pathetic. *rolls eyes*
I absolutely think that Andy made the wrong choice, and that actually made me not like her, either. Perhaps she and Vanni deserve each other.
I love me a "bad boy" and "tortured hero" better than the next guy, but I just cannot like Vanni. He's just too much of a douchebag in the first book. I think he's the worst Male lead I've ever read in a book, to be honest. Yeah, he tried to be a good father or whatever, blah blah blah.
I am glad that Graham got his happy ending, though.

I'm literally stunned right now at a loss for FREAKING words!! My God, MOGUL was AAAHHHHHMAAAAZZZZINNNNGGGG! Of course it picks up right where Rock Star left off so to be this far into the series you have to be familiar with the "players." I have to admit that when I started Mogul I was literally doing this BEFORE I was 10% into the book.................
Oh you are so going to do the same thing! You will go a little crazy too! Mogul brought more of Vanni's thoughts to the forefront and allowed us to see that he had "real" feelings. He had issues he was dealing with but the best thing is watching him acknowledge how much he loves Andy! It had me so happy and I was like this.....................
If you recall the end of Rock Star then you know that Andy is pregnant with Vanni's child. Oh but that's not all folks you have to remember Holly's little shocker too. Things aren't going to be as blissful as Vanni & Andy think they will be and just when they think they are FINALLY able to be together, just them, well that is going to be tested.
Holly is her usual conniving self with the help of Julian & Leo. When Vanni finds out that Holly is also pregnant well I just wanted to say this when he started "running" to Holly and seemingly dropping everything to be with her..............................................
Oh Andy, such a strong woman, who was NOT going to give up her dreams of happily ever after. She was finally ready to FIGHT for it all. There was no more confusion with Graham. It was all finally laid out that she went with who her heart choose and well Graham he had to come to terms with that. Did Graham give up hope that Andy would eventually come running back to him? That's something a reader needs to experience first hand.
Mogul had my emotions in TURMOIL I tell you! I didn't think I was going to survive the end of the Groupie Saga. I had no clue how this was going to end and I LOVE THAT! Don't we all want a read that touches every emotion but also leaves us hungry to turn the page! I adore a book that doesn't give me any clues to how it would end. With the players involved it has the potential of ending in all different scenarios and I know that faithful Groupie readers will enjoy the ride the author takes you on! There is so much I could say ABOUT this book but there is so much I can't tell you about it cause it will take away the reader's experience and I don't do that so I'll do what I always do I'll take you on my emotional ride and let you decide if you can figure out how it ends.
After my mini tirade over the damn Holly and her oh poor innocent me act there were literally moments in this book that I was like this.....
But like any great book that can change at the drop of a hat and Vanni at times had me wanting to do this to him..............................

Did he get the "girl" in the end? Hey, I'm not telling you that! But I will tell you that Mogul is a definite MUST READ!
This was a 5 star read for me. I enjoyed every minute of this book. I couldn't put it down. I didnt' go to bed until I finished reading it. I was so stunned I couldn't fall asleep until my wee little brain processed the book! I also had the dreaded "sadness" that I knew I would feel as the Groupie Saga came to an end. This is a journey that I rode out from the minute Groupie was first released and I'm kind of sad to say goodbye to my friends, yep I consider them friends after this read!
I highly recommend that you get your hands on Mogul as soon as possible and experience another fabulous read from the very talented Ginger Voight!

HOW?...WHY?...did I ever let this book/series sit on my TBR list (smacking myself upside my head). Hands down Ginger Voights Groupie trilogy (Groupie, Rockstar and Mogul) is one of my all-time favorite rock star romance reads EVER. I read...or should I say devoured all three books in a few days. I haven’t been so in love with a series since SC Stephens Thoughtless series. I am in no way comparing the two...except for my love of both (and the rock star love triangle drama dynamic). Be prepared for a hardcore emotional roller coaster ride filled with betrayal, heartbreak and redemption with Vanni, Andy and a few others who become emotional road kill on tour with the band. Vanni is a HOT love STARVED man whore, pt-time uber douche and prick on the brink of fame... Andy is a young, downtown-to-earth Tennessee based travel/entertainment writer. Andy is your average girl...and not your typical stick thin knock out rocker chick love interest.
This series wasn't pretty...Voight got down and dirty into the bowels of the entertainment business. I held my breath half the time as I scrambled from one angst filled page to the next. The trilogy captured the highs of their drug addiction like love for each other... and their anguish filled downward spiral. Each one the three books made me want hug or drop kick Vanni, Andy and Graham (who you will read about). I felt like my heart was filleted as my stomach turned to the beat of this EPIC rock and roll soap opera. Their chemistry was smoldering...but not in a smutastick way. I love my smut books.... and this series had a lot of steam...but wasn’t over the top. Voight’s Groupie series is brilliant and sucked me in from page one... it was raw and very real...with fans, stalkers, fame and fortune. I could see this series turning into one hell of a movie. BRILLIANT!!! What a ride!!! This was one of the most emotional triolgies I've read but it was worth it.
Really enjoyed all the characters and the story and was happy to see everyone [who deserved it] got their HEA in the end.
If you are in the mood to read about sexy rock stars, women who love them, behind the scenes look at the entertainment industry and all the ugly that comes with it, you will definitely enjoy this trilogy.
Looking forward to more of Ginger Voight's work.

I read the three books over the weekend and I think my thoughts/feelings on this series can be summed up in one sentence -----

Boy this series finished with a great final installment. HEA- check. Characters growing and learning (with a lot of kicking and screaming fighting not too every step of the way) check. Characters finally finding who they should be with - check.

I don’t even know where to start with this book(s). My emotions are flying high upon finishing this 734 page trilogy. It took me a week to read it, and luckily my Kindle is still in one piece. It was so freaking frustrating at times I wanted to just stop reading. But I persevered, and I am very glad I did :) and I’ll try to explain why in this review.
Ginger Voight put together a story that takes place in a world most people never see. The rise to fame for a mega rock star – and what sacrifices must be made to get there. It is a dirty world – full of shallow, superficial people who will do anything to further their own agenda. Secrets, lies, blackmail, extortion, this world is brimming with all things dark. And this story is about two people and their struggle to be together throughout all this. If you have read the Thoughtless Trilogy, and think this may sound similar—I would like to tell you—IT. IS. NOT. It is so much darker.
The main characters are the reason it took me a week to finish this book, I just had to put it down because I would get so angry with them. Giovanni “Vanni” Carnevale is a “long-haired rocker with more swagger than substance.” He is a womanizer, sex addict, alcoholic, and to top it all off, an egomaniac. And he is our “hero.” Andy Foster falls for this deeply flawed “hero” so fast and so hard. I felt so bad for her (most of the time). Their love story takes place over four years of FRUSTRATING setbacks, literally one after the other. Hence wanting to throw my Kindle out the window. Unlike some other reviewers, I did understand why she fell in love with him. When they were together is was intensely romantic, and he treated her well. He was never insincere. Their chemistry was off the charts—and she was literally addicted to him. I get it. But when they were apart he was a total cheating, lying, indecisive asshat… However, as Andy states in book two:
Sometimes as readers we forget that it’s okay for our characters to be flawed. It makes them more real. This is NOT a Cinderella story—there is no knight in shining armor. There is just a whole mess of emotionally messed up people with questionable priorities.
In the third book Vanni does finally redeem himself in my eyes. But it was a LONG time coming…
I STRONGLY suggest that if you read the first two books and want to quit—DON’T! The end of Book 3 “The Mogul” will make it all seem worth it. It’s just getting there that is rough.
This story is the type that is just so hard to explain, so I would like to end with a few quotes that explain how Andy feels about Vanni. It may make it easier to see why she kept going back to him.

I purchased the Mogul as soon as it went live but I could not read it. Only because I had to prepare myself, I was psyching myself up because groupie/rockstar took me on a emotional roller coaster

I believe those were two of the most angsty books I have read. I had never had so many emotions firing off all at once. It drove me crazy but I loved it. When I finished them I was experiencing so much. Hate, hurt, disgust, love, indecisiveness, pain, longing, rage and the list goes on and on.

I have NO compassion for her at all. I may be cold but I cannot muster anything for her. She is my villain.
I'm glad graham come to the realization he did. I like him but never wanted him and Andy together. She belongs with Vanni. I know he isn't perfect and made lots of mistakes but I think he redeemed himself.
The last few chapters had me sweating bullets not knowing what was gonna happen. My heart was beating frantically and I was worried. I was on the edge of my seat fearing the worst.
You will be frustrated, nervous, mad, happy, worried and so many other emotions but.....
It is worth everything you go through.

I have NO compassion for her at all. I may be cold but I cannot muster anything for her. She is my villain.
I'm glad graham come to the realization he did. I like him but never wanted him and Andy together. She belongs with Vanni. I know he isn't perfect and made lots of mistakes but I think he redeemed himself.
The last few chapters had me sweating bullets not knowing what was gonna happen. My heart was beating frantically and I was worried. I was on the edge of my seat fearing the worst.
You will be frustrated, nervous, mad, happy, worried and so many other emotions but.....
It is worth everything you go through.
Kudos to Ginger Voight on another awesome book!!!!

Ginger Voight’s Mogul continues where Rock Star left off. Giovanni Carnevale, “Vanni” is back with Andy Foster, the love of his life; the less on- again, than more off- again, love of his life. Andy finds herself ecstatically happy at being pregnant with Vanni’s baby. There are a myriad of legal problems; Vanni’s meltdown after his last break up with Andy resulted in Baylee Wilkes becoming paralyzed after accepting a ride with a drunken Carnevale. The Wilkes family is out for more than a five million dollar lawsuit, they want to string him up like a set of Christmas lights. His group Dreaming in Blue, is scattered across the globe. Vanni’s money troubles (he is negotiating with the Wilkes to settle their claim on behalf of their comatose daughter), force him to participate as a celebrity judge on a new talent show called Fierce. He actually finds himself enjoying the show and discovers a young woman named, Jordi Hemphill. This character is different than most of the others vying for a shot at fame. She is big on talent and like Andy; she is a healthy proportioned girl, with curves to spare. This character will be the subject of her own novel, which Voight is currently writing. Even bliss with Andy can’t keep the wolves at bay for poor Vanni.
After the tilt-a-whirl turmoil of Groupie/Rock Star the angst meter for Mogul has come down a notch or two. That’s not to say that Mogul doesn’t have its share of stomach churning, jaw dropping moments, but compared to its predecessors, it is more of a read with ease exercise. Graham Baxter is still in love with Andy, but also enjoys the company of his nurse, Maggie Fowler, as he continues his rehab to regain the use of his legs. The usual riffs (pun intended) with the members of Dreaming in Blue still bring disharmony to Vanni’s professional life. Is Holly’s baby Vanni’s? How will Andy, who has grown into an independent woman with an identity separate from Carnevale, deal with the attention Vanni continues to show to Holly? In the previous two books Andy was always the “kept” woman-always in the shadows, never publically recognized. This made it somewhat easier to accept her numerous break ups with Vanni. Part of this reader wanted more for her, more than the crumbs he seemed to offer. In Mogul, Vanni has evolved into a much more mature character who appreciates (maybe due to the dangerous slips he seems to take when Andy is absent from his life) the love of his life this time.
Mogul brings to a close Andy, Vanni and Graham’s stories. They may not be neatly packaged and bowed, but they are wrapped and ready to be gifted. Enjoy the conclusion to this series.

Mogul is the last book in this series and I seriously cried no BALLED my eyes out after reading this book. Holy SHIZ is the only word I have for this book. So many things have happened between Andy and Graham, and Vanni. Graham was hurt and is recovering from his injuries and with the help of Andy he is doing great but Vanni in Mogul has finally yes finally grown a set of balls and has decided to change his ways and yes ladies and gentlemen he has finally GROWN UP! I have to say that Groupie and Rock Star had me so pissed off at Vanni and I was really starting to hate him because he was selfish and self absorbed. He was a man whore that did what he wanted with women and never gave a dam about Andy and how she would feel when she found out about his indiscretions. I was so glad that Andy held onto Graham because he was like an anchor for her. He was always there and full of love for her. She needed that because Vanni was a complete and utter DOUCHE! Yes I said it he was a tool and lord I wanted to reach in my Kindle and kick his deary air!
So with all that ranting said in Mogul Vanni has grown up and matured. He realizes that he loves Andy and can't live without her. He needs her like he needs the air to breathe. Andy is pregnant with Vanni's child and he has decided he will grow up and take care of Andy. But getting there is where the real trouble lies. Vanni will come face to face with a crazy ex who tells him she is having his baby and he will have to face down stalkers and money hungry people who are out to destroy him. Vanni never ever dreamed That Dreaming In Blue would turn out to be such a hit and that he and the band members would go through the rocky things they went through.
Andy is excited to be a mother but with everything from Vanni's past coming back she is a little worried that she and Vanni will never be together. But Andy is determined to have her baby with or without Vanni. In Mogul Andy will suffer a lot of ups and downs and she will have to fight for her man. She still continues to love Graham but she and Graham have come to an understanding that they will never be a couple but be best friends.

Buckle your seatbelt for a CRAZY roller coaster ride with this series...... I am typically the kind of girl that NEEDS to have her Happily Ever After in my books and my "book boyfriends" need to W-O-W me with their qualities - even those bad boy rock stars have those right?!? AND I am a sucker for a Rock Star Book!
Why do I need to tell you this?.........

Thoughtless, Beautiful Disaster, Reason to Breathe, The Perfect Game, The Edge of Never......I could go on and on, but that is my point --- these were all amazing books) ........... you know what I am talking about - when you just want to (or did) YELL at the characters, you want to throw your kindle across the room, you want to go curl up and just cry! Well isn't that what makes a series so great? Okay, these books are D.R.A.M.A
They keep you holding on and unable to look away, and it's pretty awesome.. Sometimes it's a bit much and you have to take a break and go back..
I don't know where to begin.. Mogul brings us to Vanni and Andy, expecting a baby and trying to find an easy way to tell the world that they are a couple. Of course we already know these two have drama and loads of baggage because Vanni has never put Andy first. That is my biggest issue with him, he says how much he loves her, he has always loved her, but he never chose her and it makes feeling bad for him slightly hard at times..
Graham is still recovering from his injury that we witness in the first book 'Groupie' and he is being cared for by Maggie, who is madly in love with him, while he still pines away for Andy.. You want to feel bad for Maggie and Graham, and you will find yourself wishing he would stop being in love with someone who doesn't love him back. But let's be honest and point out that, his undying love for a woman who chose the other man, makes him pretty dreamy in his own little way.. I loved Graham.
Holly, Leo, Jullian and Donny.. Let's not get into them really.. There is no way without major spoilers.. But I can say Holly gets pregnant and it causes a riptide in our couples attempt at a HEA.. She made me so angry on so many levels and I gave major SAINT points to Andy for not ripping that chicks head right off (I would have lol)
It's a great book, I am actually relieved that we are done with Vanni and Andy, I need a break from all that, and if more were put out, I know I would have to read them, and I just want to sit here on this cushy bubble and pretend that these two are finally going to be happy
but let me tell ya' the authors totally had me going for a second in the epilogue..

The Groupie series avoids the pitfalls of most series that tend to rehash the same plot line over several books. The storyline here evolves, the characters mature and readers are taken along for the ride as the story unfolds. Book 1 gave us Andy's heartache over Vanni's narcissism. In Rock Star, Vanni takes the initial steps to his redemption but not before his self-destructive ways leaves behind several things in ruin. In Mogul, Vanni completes his redemption. He has matured. He owns up to his mistakes. He is trying to make amends to everyone. Unfortunately, this is not necessarily to Andy's best interests at times. Of course, the story is never complete unless Vanni does things that make you want to strangle him and slap Andy to awareness.
I very much liked the theme - atonement - that Mogul was trying to convey. But at a certain point, things felt a little bit too indulgent for me. I like my closure and my happy endings. However, I did not feel the need to read so much of Vanni realising he was the lesser man and his soul-searing love for Andy. I also thought it was unnecessary to stitch up every hole and corner. Graham obviously needed his closure. But because of this, it felt like a Jill Mansell book where every supporting character got their own side story.
Nonetheless, I really enjoyed this series eventhough it broke my heart so many times. I was invested in the characters and the story arc. I have to say this was one of the rare books where the hero fully redeems himself in the end.

It took me longer to finish this installment - not sure if it was because it was over - or if the prologue nearly killed me. I think it was the latter and I spent my time reading - just waiting for that to happen.
I was ready for Andy to get her Happily Ever After - I was ready 2 books ago for that to happen. So when Julian, Holly, Leo and Donnie all enter into the picture to scheme to get what they want I was a bit on edge. But in the end revenge is sweet.
The road to forever has been paved with a bunch of fucked up stones. From other women, to crazy fans, scheming white trash, brain-dead hookers and her family - all stand in the way of Andy getting what she wants. And then there is Graham. But even Graham can see that they love each other - even if it's as much as he loves her, she doesn't share that kind of love with him.
All in all, this series was very good. Mogul gives you the same drama that the others provided and it gives you that hope that they will stop screwing up their futures. I was very pleased with the ending of this particular story but that damn prologue still pisses me off.

Ok...I'll say it...I cried a little (by a little I mean hiding under the covers with a tissue). This book killed me...but I finally stopped wanting to smack all the characters!!!! Yay!!!!! Is it wrong that I wish there was a fast forward 20 years??? I know I always want more I can't help it lol. I have to say that I thought all was lost by the end. I'm happy for how it ended. It was a bit weird in some aspects...graham and andy but good. I think I actually began to fall for Vanni in this one. I kinda hated him in the first two but then by the end I began to like him...and in like I mean didn't want to smack the shit out of him. I did however wanna beat some of the others a little...like Graham for a bit and Andy for a bit..but by the end my violent tendencies tapered off. I think I might have to read these again one day. Anyway, great books. Get them all at once and read them back to back cause if you don't you start to hate the characters too much to continue and you might start throwing things. Don't judge, I couldn't help it. Thank God for instant buy on my kindle lol

The third, and in my opinion, best book in the Groupie trilogy (hoping for another one HINT HINT). You won't be disappointed with this roller-coaster of a book.
Mogul picks up where Rock Star left off, with the love to hate Vanni. Will he finally treat Andy right or will she run back to Graham, AND who exactly is the father of Andy's baby-all is finally answered. The Wilke family is back with a vengeance as is unstable Holly-threatening the happy ending!
It was great to get back into the story and for the record I'm still team Maggie!

I got the opportunity to beta read for Ginger. Who is incredible by the way, an amazing writer. If you thought Groupie & Rock Star was angsty.. wait till you read this one. What a story!!! This was by far my favorite of the series. As I was reading it, I felt connected to the characters as if I actually knew them. Throught the series you really get to know them, & I personally felt like I grew with them. There's no doubt in my.mind that everyone's going to love it!! I don't want to give any spoilers away but its really just an incredible story. My all time favorite series.

Too much of this book was taken up by shit that had fuck all to do with the H/h. Including the MULTIPLE POVs that had fuck all to do with the H/h plot. You could totally tell the point of this entire book was to launch another series.

Glad that it's over. All this turmoil because of a man with a big ego. This was a first for me by this author and the writing was great but cheating is a no go for me. Vanni just couldn't redeem himself with me.
