This booklet, whilst offering some nice pointers to keep in mind as a base when approaching any interview, interrogation or interpersonal confrontation, gets a tad too repetitive.
So here is the book simmered and with all the lard removed. Do be aware that this is merely a guide to start from, not the destination to end on.
