Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

Tanto se le debe a confucio en Asia para la educación de los niños, los filósofos y quienes en la práctica construyeron una sociedad.

Recuerdo leer partes aisladas y más de alguna vez leer los libros completos, que son relativamente extensos. Aunque a mi parecer un poco sesgado con el concepto de orden, Confucio es un referente no sólo de su origen, sino de su civilización.
