I liked this story overall but I did have some issues with it. There were a lot of unanswered questions but they made the story seem a little disjointed instead of mysterious. Also, the ending was very abrupt and seemed a little unexplained. As such, the ending was less than satisfying. However, the story overall wasn't bad.

My Review: I really enjoyed this short holiday story. I loved the characters and the storyline, so much so that I want to read more with them. For being a short story though, there is still a lot packed in there, you aren't left feeling like you missed something, you just want more. It is a clean, historical western romance that many will enjoy.
Quilts As a quilter, you always hope that it will become someone's favorite. You hope for a lasting impression and that it will become part of someone's history. The quilt in this story was like that. Even though the story was light weight, I enjoyed it for a quick read with a happy ending.
A light romance with a good storyline and well developed characters. The only distraction was, due to poor editing, the Nannie/aunt's name changed 4 times.
