The book was above my capacity as an artist to follow but it certainly gives the basic understanding of values and a few important paradigms for the artist to adopt. Each new concept includes step by step exercises, but again, not for beginner to follow.

Quick and easy read, lots of info laid out simply and efficiently. Most of the info wasn’t new to me, but reinforced what I know. I did pick up a few ideas and tips that will be very helpful.

An amazing collection of drawing insight packed into the tiniest of packages. Probably something I need to keep on a shelf close by.
