Bus Stops & Bicycles, A Handbook for Single Ladies

Rate this book
Refreshingly honest, and without the usual clichés, Bus Stops & A handbook for Single Ladies explores what it is to be an unmarried Christian woman, and suggests that perhaps there is more to the single life than just waiting around for a husband to come along. Addressing some of the common myths and lies to do with marriage, loneliness, sex (or lack therof), daydreaming, dating and the future, this book is packed full of practical advice, how-tos, tips and strategies for doing life well. Written with warmth, humor and hope, and filled with delightful illustrations, this book will inspire you to stop putting your life on hold and stir you to pursue all that God has intended for your life.

Finally!! A book for single women written by an Aussie!! I plan to share this with as many of my single friends as will read it. It gave me some things to think about, but didn't tell me I was doing everything wrong. It also isn't a manual for how to get a husband, rather it is suggestions for how to enjoy every minute that you are single.
