Business information is more important than business processes because they last longer. Design thinking introduced as as new paradigm to create business concept mapping. This kind of modeling is so useful for understanding and analyzing business. Unfortunately beside this new view, this book has not enough information to share with readers.

An interesting approach to business analysis that "bridges the gap" between IT and business and should simplify the process of describing business concepts and relationships between them.
