I bought as a Kindle e-book but unfortunately it came out so small on my laptop that I could not read it. I emailed and asked what I could do, and got a response within the day with offer to refund, so I highly recommend dealing with Amazon.
However the cost of postage is very high from US and I have obtained the hard copy book from Book Depository and it is excellent, and a very good book to learn to play melody from sheet music.
