If I could say one thing about this book, it would be: Action. Literally from the time I started reading this book to the somewhat hurried ending, the pages were filled with narrow escapes, heart-pounding cliff-hangers and last minute escapes. The main-character is a sorwolf, half sorcerer, half werewolf, I suppose and he can wield his wand and staff with the best of them. Still, he would have to be supernatural to be able to handle all of the peril he encounters as he investigates shady murders at a theme park, adequately named, Ghostworld.
Now, without giving the plot away (as I'm sure you've read it before you look at my review), I will say that this would make a good series book, somewhat in the realm of the Dresden books. Who knows, maybe there are sequels or prequels out there, however you will still need a brain break after reading this roller coaster ride of nail biting danger, quirky dialogue and paranormal surprise. I enjoyed it though :D
