Rate this book
Outside of religious and political movements there is one major human development movement in the world today-coaching. The three books in the Art & Science of Coaching series go to the heart of this phenomenon. They show you why coaching is taking hold and provides processes for you to learn the power of, and methodologies for, transformational conversations. Book 3 in this series, The Core of Coaching, is about coaching flow states. You learn the magic of coaching tools and processes that assist people in building new meanings, assessing core values, clarifying choices, and developing visions and futures.

This is 3rd book about Coaching.
This is some kind of alternative to NLP as the authors are part of Erickson Coaching.
I am already a lecturer at the bachelor degree and project management.
I read a lot of self-help books and wen to NLP trainings.
I did not learn anything new.
It is rather complex to apply.
Quite long and complex to read.

For coaches this book brings whatever you have learnt and do into ‘flow’…that appreciates and puts the client in the centre of the work we do.

It's a good final book of that Atkinson's trilogy. There she summarized all knowledges and gave a lot of explanation of Erickson's method and many good practical exercises for coaches. Recommended for all, who read these previous two books.
