If you love a story full of alpha males, this is the book for you. The world as we know it is coming to an end after a major cataclysmic event. Sarge has been preparing for this day for years, even though he never really expected it to come. He knows what he must do to survive, and at the request of a friend, goes after Grace to help her survive too. Grace is the (adult) daughter of a man who taught her how to survive. She is tough and knows how to take care of herself. When Sarge comes in insisting she go with him, she does so reluctantly and only because her father had sent him. Hiding out and trying to survive in a world of chaos, they team up with a couple more allies.

I liked all of the characters in this story. Each is unique and has his or her own personality. I really would have loved to see what all of their lives were like "before." Sarge is the strong sexy type. If there ever was an alpha male, he is it. He tries to control Grace in a way that he thinks is helping her but quickly learns she's not to be pushed around. Van is more sweet and caring. He is still strong and sexy, but more in a cuddly teddy bear sort of way. Luke is the bad boy of the group, silent and sexy. We really don't know much about him except he is the brains of the group, the peacekeeper when things get rough. I really liked Grace throughout the whole story, until the end. She was a strong, doesn't take crap type of girl. She was young enough that she was still trying to figure out who she was and what she wanted out of life but old enough to have learned from past mistakes. Throughout the story she was trying to assert herself and not lose her individuality in the male dominated world she was now living in. However, towards the end of the book she does a complete 180. She turned into everything the guys had wanted her to be in the beginning, which is not her, and the change was really overdone to the point where I was actually rolling my eyes at the book. Together the three men made a whole, everything Grace wanted in a man, and she had to figure that out and come to terms with it. Oh yeah, did I mention the hot and steamy sex scenes!!

I really enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more from this author.

An EMP has been set off above the United States causing the failure of all technology. This part is my first disbelief. How big was this EMP? Was it only one or multiple ones and wouldn’t the government have known that missiles were headed to the US and done something about them? So this story has already leaped into the far-fetched for me because of the weak information about the EMP. If you’re looking for factual information about what is happening, don’t count on finding it in this book.

Anyway, after the EMP, everyone is now on their own as they fight for survival. Some individuals, known as survivalists, have prepared for such an event and set up survival havens in their basements. One of these people is Sarge a prison guard, former soldier and the ultimate Alpha Male who also happens to be quite the Dom. When the EMP hits, he sets out to fulfill a promise to his friend. That is to bring back his friend’s daughter, Grace to his own shelter and protect her.

Grace is a strong willed woman. Raised by her father who raised her more like a son, Grace has been severely hurt in the love department. She doesn’t trust men and shields her heart. Grace was one tough cookie physically wise, but she was also very weak when it came to emotions. She didn’t seem to know how to navigate emotional waters. I didn’t care for her that much as a character, she was too insecure. Grace is the one character that annoyed me, even more than Sarge. She was pretty messed up emotionally and her issues were beginning to grate more and more as the story went on. Grace and Sarge clash on a huge scale. Sarge wants a woman to obey him, Grace refuses, but she’s still extremely attracted to Sarge’s Dom attitude.

On one of Grace’s defiant forays away from the house, she meets Van, a National Guardsman and is immediately drawn to him as he is to her. A few more meetings and one sniper later, Van is now a member of Grace’s and Sarge’s group. Van is the sweet, gentle one of the group; he would call himself the ‘vanilla’ guy.

There’s one more male to add to the mix, Luke a friend of Sarge’s and of Grace’s father, who stops by Sarge’s house looking for Sarge. A bar owner who happens to have a master’s degree in psychology, he is the one that truly friends and listens to Grace and finds out what makes her tick. He is the smart one and mediator of the group. And he is also a Dom in the bedroom.

The author did a great job of creating four distinctive characters that were easy to picture. I had no trouble imagining what each person was like.

So what you have are three guys all in love with Grace, and Grace in love with all of them because none of them can individually satisfy all her needs. The book is really an erotic romance with the EMP event a base to use as the setting for the erotic romance.

The sex was hot! From the very beginning of the story sex was always present in some way, either through having sex, thinking about sex or talking about sex.

I think one of the best parts of the book actually wasn’t a sex scene. It was the time that Grace spent alone after she returned to her father’s home. Grace gradually succumbs to her depression, growing weaker emotionally and physically. I could really feel how Grace was losing her battle to stay alive. In the end because of this event, Grace turns into the weak, needy female that Sarge and Van wanted her to become. That was certainly a WTF? moment in the story.

There are a couple incidences that I wonder about that don’t quite make sense to me. It is mentioned that Lake Erie, where Grace goes to bath, is polluted. People are drinking the water and getting severely sick. Now my understanding is, you don’t go bathing or swimming in polluted water because you can get water in your nose, in your eyes and even your mouth though you might keep it closed. A person could still get sick from the pollution. Also Grace and Sarge later go to the lake to bath again after Grace has been shot. We’re talking about a stitched wound that hasn’t healed and can easily allow bacteria to enter to create an infection. As someone studying nursing, Grace would certainly know this. I found her behavior to bath in a polluted lake very strange indeed, and it didn’t make sense at all.

The book was easy to read and the pace stayed at a good clip. The formatting was good as was the editing.

If you’re looking to read a hot, erotic romance with the setting of technology’s collapse that leads to social collapse, then this book is for you. My main dislike is Grace, the conflicted female lead character that is emotionally weak and the lack of EMP information to make the story seem more real. I give this book 4 stars

Post apocalyptic erotica menage HEA (no mm) Parts of the US are hit with an EMP pulse bringing civilization to a grinding halt in those areas hardest hit. This is a story of 3 men and one woman doing their best to survive in a world turned upside down. I love this idea- How will people survive if civilization collapses and catastrophe strikes? I loved this book and would have given it 4 or 4.5 stars except for one thing and I'll get to that. First what I really enjoyed. I flew through this book when I first picked it up. I loved Grace. She's tough, smart, prepared, and can kick some ass if needed. I like Sarge (even though he's a bit bossy). He is a Dom so what do you expect? LOL Van is tough, protective and sweet. I love the way he cares for Grace. Luke is scary smart and hot what a combination! The sex scenes were well written and hot. I loved how she wrote the tension between 3 men with 1 woman. It was very believable. I thought the book overall was well written and edited.

Although I wanted to smack Grace in the end and say "Get a grip!" I still enjoyed the book and if there is a third in the series will buy it. If you like post apocalyptic stories that contain some really hot menage loving give this book a try. (You might want to smack Grace but Hey I occasionally want to smack people in real life too ;)
<<<<<< WARNING SOME SLIGHT SPOILERISH COMMENTS AHEAD>>>>> Now to my pet peeve.....What the hell happened to the Grace from the first 3/4's of the book? I like tough no nonsense heroines ( although she had a few dumbass attacks like wandering off to bathe alone)She was tough- she shot somebody for christs sake, she stood naked with a gun over their injured bodies to protect them, traveled alone to pick up antibiotics. She was tough and resourceful until 3/4's then a split personality took a hold of her. She channelled a wimp. I understand she was depressed but damn. She totally gave up even after she found out about the little suprise. This shocked me because the picture that had been painted of her told me she wasn't a quitter especially when someone else needed her help and depended on her. The description of her when they found her was appalling. The fact they were intimate when she was so emaciated kind of squicked me out too. I would have liked for her to have continued to be who she was painted to be. I think dealing with the emotional vulnerablity of her situation would have created enough strife and interest for an explosive climax (pun intended)
Ultimately, I did enjoy the book but wanted to explain what brought the review down for me. As I mentioned above, if the author writes another, I would buy it.

What do you get when you blend Doomsday Preppers, Doomsday Bunkers, and Three really hot guys locked in a ‘bunker’ with one really hot chick?

Yep, you guessed it.

You have a perfect recipe for one of the hottest multiple partner stories I have ever read! It does help that I have this sick obsession with anything post apocalyptic. I am very much intrigued with how to survive the end of the world as we know it. I read any fiction book that has it as subject matter. When I realized that Sylvia’s books had that as a plotline surrounding this love story I was like “I’m in!” This story was rich, vivid, and very well written! I didn’t have a moment where I was bored, there were moments when you were settled and it needed to happen, action scenes that made you scream into your eReader, and then the moments when you were crying. I believed in this story at every moment. It was believable and it honestly took the reader on a full journey instead of something partial. I was in it for the long run the moment the shit hit the fan.

I had to giggle at times too. Because you had man number one Steven. Ok, one hunky older man that is also a Dom. God, what more could you ask for during the end of the world? It is like a subbie dream come true! Oh, we aren’t done. Then we have vanilla lover Van. I could try and lie and say he isn’t hot and doesn’t add to the now threesome, but I would be LYING! Then you drop in Luke. Well, Luke ain’t afraid to be a Dom. In the middle of hunting for new clothes, in a locked up consignment store, that man puts Grace in bondage! Oh, yes, he went there! I was so hot and bothered, jealous, and screaming during that scene, and just hoping to God that no one came in to interrupt them. He had her in the most hot bondage position. It was creative too! I was like…. Yeah…

As a whole there is nothing I didn’t like about this story. It was raw, edgy, and sexy as all get up. It had just enough conflict and emotion to make it believable for the reader in a post apocalyptic situation. I highly recommend this be added to all wish lists and to be read list!

“It’s the end of the world as we know it…” Hey if the world ends like this…count me in!
I won this book in a contest in the Erotic group. I was very intrigued by the synopsis and once I started I could not put it down.

Three guys and one girl. I love that each man brings something else out in Grace. Each man has his own way of lovin’ and pursuing Grace, it is entertaining. There were a few character flaws with Grace that irked me, but hey we can’t love everyone! I love a book that makes you think—“what would I do in that situation?”

Let me start off saying that the old phrase "Don't judge a book by it's cover" holds true for both books I've read by Sylvia Ryan. Yes the cover for Seduced by Three is not great but the story under it is.

Seduced by Three plot and world is tied into another Ryan book, Saved by One, Shared by Two. But where Saved is set in the country, Seduced takes place in the city and has much more darker and suspenseful elements. One of guys in SbT was mentioned in SbO,SbT so it was great seeing what happen to him in this tale.

Ryan paints a dystopian US much like that of the NBC's Revolution or AMC's The Walking Dead (minus the walkers). Where the US is plagued with an end of the world situation when an EMP hits taking out everything electronic. No power, no water, no cars, etc.

While the country goes to crap on a cracker, Sarge one of the men is tasked with the promise he made to his friend about protecting his daughter if something like this happens while he is out on the road for work. Apparently all those conspiracy theories and survival tactics was good to have.

So Sarge makes his way from his house to his friends on foot. He finds the college age daughter alone in the house ... in her thong and tank asleep on the bed. What? It's hot, so she has to keep cool somehow.

Anyway Sarge takes Grace back to his shelter in his house. This shelter is cool. He bricked up his basement and made a secret door to it in his closet. This guy is prepared. But what Sarge is not prepared for is having feelings for Grace and then learning to have to share her with two other guys that enter their life.

Seduced by Three has it all. Not one but three sexy guys willing to do anything to protect the leading lady, even agree to sharing her. A leading lady that can protect herself with great shooting skills. Suspense around very corner while the group has to fight off others trying to take what is their's. Oh, and hot one on one sex and a group sex scene as well.

SEDUCED BY THREE is an erotic post apocalyptic romance. Sarge has prepared for this day for many years now. He had his shelter ready and stocked. Sarge had discussed it with his friends and they were prepared as well. The only thing he hadn’t prepared for was Grace…one of his best friends daughter…he had promised his friend that if the catastrophe happened while he was away on his truck route that he would collect his daughter Grace so she wouldn’t have to face the apocalyptic world alone.

Sarge has an instant attraction to Grace. Life at the Sarge’s shelter is stressful because he wants to protect Grace, even though it’s apparent that Grace can take care of her self.

Grace goes to the lake to wash and meets Van, Van is National Guard sent to protect the boarder. After a few encounters a gun fight erupts and Van assists Grace in bring the wounded Sarge back to the shelter. Van takes a bullet as well and Grace is left with nursing both Sarge and Van back to health.

While they are still both Van and Sarge are wounded and semi-conscience, a surprise visitor shows up…Luke. Luke is Sarge and Grace’s father’s friend and his home was burnt down so he now is hoping to find help with Sarge.

I’m sure you can see the jealousy and control issues that would arise when three alpha men are put in a situation with a only one female. SEDUCED BY THREE is an erotic tale with an extremely well thought out story line and interesting take on an EMP post apocalyptic world.

This is a well blended story of post apocalypse mixed with the reality of life now. It is totally plausible the way things turned out and the events that followed. The characters were well thought out and the plotline was on the mark. Only probably was some insta love.

Rex J Silverton did a good job with the narration. He seems to have a distinct accent or a bit of a lisp. Not a big deal. For the most part, I was able to distinguish between all the characters.

I'm beginning to like dystopian books. For some reason they're growing on me.

Seduced by Three is about how 4 people survive the end of the world as we know it.

There's some pretty hot loving going on between these 4. But it's not all sex and romance. There's some intense emotional drama being played out. How would it work with three men and one woman at the end of the world. What kinds of problems would they face.

Sylvia Ryan did a great job exploring how things would work with them.

I was a beta reader for Ms. Ryan. The power grid has gone down. Grace's father is a survivalist who met with several men who have prepared for this day. This story had me riveted and planning for my own survival with disaster recover plans.

Grace is a heroine I can get behind. The men in this story are hot. I liked all of them and I'm a greedy girl. I want them, each one of them for a little bit of fun.

Wow!! This book did a much better job of updating you on the situation and what happened with the EMP. If I had not read the first book to know the situation, this would have done a great job of bringing me up to date.

Grace is an awesome character, she really does own herself. She knows what she wants and goes for it, even if she does make some mistakes along the way. Very independent! A kick butt chick who finds her place.

Sarge, Luke and Van are really fabulous trio. They go through fights and jealousy, that seemed to be a more realistic reaction to the menage. As a trio they make a perfect guy, each has something special to contribute to the group.

Loads of story here to really bring you into the situation. The mixed POV really helps the story become fuller and heartier. Most of the time you get Grace, but there is a great mix of the guys as well. I loved getting into every bodies heads.

Once again, Rex J. Silverton is a delightful narrator!! He is really delicious during all those steamy scenes. His voice alone has a gal looking for a change of panties!! Sigh!

Plenty of steamy play, with loads of variety. Sweet, domineering, bondage and menage action. Oh, yeah!!

I was actually a beta for this book and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a few aspects of Grace's behavior that I questioned as being out of character, but other than that, it was a great apocolyptic erotic menage. The men were both hot and dominant - what else could you ask for?

Again I really loved this book, but it seems this author has given up her writing career. Bummer!
