I DEVOURED THIS 😍😍
This book may not be for everyone but it definitely was for me! I loved their instant connection and chemistry. Sometimes you feel like a couple is just lusting after the other but these two are so deeply bonded, I'm actually swooning (and maybe a bit jealous).
Ray is older, wiser, and set in his ways but for Jenna he finds himself doing things he never thought he would. And Jenna may seem like this young, innocent girl who doesn't know any better but she's so much more mature than she seems. She truly knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it.
Their love is so beautiful. I cannot wait to read this again.

Miss Chloe Maine is back with another delicious d@ddi k!nk story! Ever since she announced it, I've been excited to read it. I love the stranded together together, especially if it's on water related.
Ray Hudson is a veteran, who coincidentally served with Jenna's brother as Navy SEALs. Jenna has come to Ray to embark the journey to the Bahamas to see her boyfriend - Ray's son. With a bit of hesitancy, he agrees to take her but things take a turn when they're suddenly off course because of a storm. Jenna demands she get her first kiss from Ray as she's scared for her life.
And he gives in. But he feels like he's betraying his son for involving himself with Jenna far beyond a kiss. Jenna is quick to squish that thought as she feels she was never a true girlfriend to Brentley.
That scene in the airstrip was a show lol... that was hilarious and so so awkward. I had the time of my life reading this book. I can't wait for the next release. It's so close and calling my name.

What better romance bubble than a stranded sailboat with a lust smitten couple onboard?
A storm soon whips up outside and inside the boat.
Since there’s not much room aboard this 40 footer, sweet Jenna soon ends up on hottie Ray’s eight inches.
I liked this book and I liked this couple. The age gap was a good example of ‘it’s just a number.’ I believe it was 48/21. Jenna was the best kind of h, mature and even tempered. She and Ray, the all alpha retired Navy Seal, had instant chemistry, surprising them both and had them both thinking about Brantley, son of Ray and boyfriend of Jenna. I had an issue with the innocence of Jenna. She and Brantley are college swim team champs, attractive and twenty-one, and Jenna has never been kissed?? I think college level athletes probably get it on frequently. Just my opinion. She and Brantley have barely hung out since their relationship started, a plot point to keep her pure, and it turns out that Brantley is a serial dater. So, why no DNA from the son on Jenna’s virginal lips? It was a nice scene, though, with the dad laying one on Jenna on the bridge of the boat during torrential rain because she did not want to possibly die in the storm without being kissed. I thoroughly approve! Even though her never being kissed was a bit unbelievable. Demi, perhaps?
Chloe Maine writes very hot sex woven through with affection, possessiveness, and love. The writing was clear and I enjoyed every page. How it ended up with Brantley was the mild drama along with Jenna having two older and loving, but, overbearing, brothers. One who knew Ray closely in the Navy. I believe the brother’s have their own books from this writer.
This was a good read and had me searching out another mf by the author.

This is definitely a case of the right book at the right time. Do I think this is one of the best books I've ever read? No. But it was exactly what I wanted and needed right now. It was fun, sweet, smutty, and taboo. And I felt all the things reading this. After my last read which is, objectively, a much better book but one that I just didn't care about at all...this was a welcome change. I absolutely will read this again in the future. Definitely recommend if you like smutty taboo romances with island/beach/sailing vibes, age gap, boyfriends dad...and all sorts of other things.

One element of daddy kink stories that makes them work for me is the financial security, and "sailor" is not a profession that evokes financial security for me. What are they going to do when she eventually ends up pregnant? Live on the boat?
It's really hard to relax into the story when I'm trying to figure out how they will get through the winter 😂

This book is like a bottle of sunshine and incandescent joy. It made me crave the summer sun, salty air, the smell of sunscreen... and other things, too - don't judge me. All jokes aside, though, I really did enjoy this one. The chemistry between Jenna and Ray, that delicious "will-they/won't-they" in spite of their immediate connection - it sizzled deliciously, but their romance was also incredibly tender and sweet.
Also thoroughly enjoyed seeing Justin and Jacob being big brothers (especially Justin in full-blown big-brother mode during the climax. It was adorable); and the fantastic sisterly bond between Jenna, Sienna, and Abby is everything I could have wanted.
Love the ties this little trilogy has had with Conception Ridge (as I mentioned previously, I am a sucker for when authors connect their series into one big interconnected extended universe), and with the introduction to Eden, I'm EXTRA eager to read Midnight Snack next - we only got a little bit of her with her interaction with Jenna, but I loved the vibe those two shared and am ready for more!
Very much enjoyed this book! Definitely recommend it and this series in general if you're in the market for age gap, daddy kink, and the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

Had fun reading Jenna and Ray's story. It was outrageous and over the top at times but still entertaining and I loved how the story was more then just the bedroom scenes (which were 🔥🔥🔥), Ray and Jenna have instant crazy hot chemistry but they also work to find common ground, shared interests and being supportive of the other person's feelings, thoughts and ideas. It was a really nice surprise to see them forming a relationship that didn't center on just their sexual chemistry. There's just as many sweet and cathartic moments as there were spicy ones.
I think that's why I love coming back to Chloe Main and her stories. She gives you just as much sweetness as she does kinky/taboo themes and her characters are always fleshed out and likable.
I also really liked that SwHD was a longer read. Felt more than novella size and really did keep me engrossed until the end. Highly recommend if you love age gap, insta-lust/love and safe reads.

Again, not a big fan of the whole Daddy thing but I do like her writing so I pushed that aside. What I didn't really like is that at one point Ray says something along the lines of "let me do this for you." and the "Let me be a Daddy." as if the only reason he wants to do it for her is because only a father would want to spoil his daughter. Like no, a man can do it without him being a Daddy, my husband does it all the time.
Anyway, I liked the moral dilemma in this story and how they tried to keep their distance but I think it would've been a better story had they waited and resisted the pull between them until they ended up in town and she texted Brantley (or whatever her bf's name was) seeing as he was having the time of his life with whatever girl he wanted based on all those pictures he posted. I think it would've been better that way and would've added more to Ray's and her's characters. I mean I would've still had the kiss happen during the storm but I would've kept the rest to after when she finds out his son didn't really care about her period. I just don't like infidelity in books, and while she may not have cared for her bf that way and what not, she was still with him at the time that she slept with his father and that is still cheating in my books. You don't start a new relationship while still in a current one, even if you aren't happy in that one. You break up, then move on, you don't fuck around behind someone's back and then break up with them. Trust me, it's not fun when it happens to you.

It’s been too long since I’ve read a Chloe Maine book so it felt like coming home to a very dirty, very sexy welcoming. This is the third book in The Lowe Siblings Series and features the youngest sibling, Jenna and her…cough…boyfriend’s dad, Ray. She hitches a ride in his boat down to the Bahamas and when they find themselves stranded after a storm, the tension between them snaps.

I love myself some Chloe Maine books. Especially Chloe Maine age gap absolute perfection books. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this one and in the end it was absolutely worth the wait. I greedily inhaled every ounce of this story and will probably obsess about it for days. Like make it part of my personality obsess.
The chemistry between both Ray and Jenna was instant. The romance was incredibly beautiful. Their story was everything. Like I said, I inhaled their book. I couldn’t pace myself if I tried. I wanted everything they were giving and wanted to see if they truly were the real deal. Spoiler alert: they are. But the real fun was their journey to get there and discovering everything about one another.
A most brilliant summer read. If you are looking for something fun, exciting and full of delicious romance, STRANDED WITH HIS DAD is exactly the book you need. Because it was definitely everything I needed. 5 Stars!

I wanted everything they were giving and wanted to see if they truly were the real deal. Spoiler alert: they are. But the real fun was their journey to get there and discovering everything about one another.
A most brilliant summer read. If you are looking for something fun, exciting and full of delicious romance, STRANDED WITH HIS DAD is exactly the book you need. Because it was definitely everything I needed. 5 Stars!

Stranded With His Dad is the third book in The Lowe Siblings series. Even though this book is part of a series it can be read as a standalone. But I do feel like I would have enjoyed the book more if I had read the previous books. Just because I would have a bit of a background on some of the characters.
This book follows Jenna who ends up on her boyfriend's dad's sailboat. The second they see each other something just clicks and while they try to resist it at first, they do end up giving in. Their story is sweet and spicy and just everything you would expect. There is no big drama twist, so their story is really one of those cute quick reads that will make you swoon.
If you like a good age-gap romance with sweet and spicy moments then you should give this one a chance.

I'm a bit surprised this is classified as a novella because it is rather long for that, but I'm not complaining. I loved the story of Jenna (a recent college grad, virgin, competitive swimmer) and Ray (her boyfriend's father). The chemistry between these two is on point and the scenes are pretty hot!
And yes it is one huge a** age gap!!! 48 and 21
And since I know this bothers some readers....Is there cheating? Kind of? Both Jenna and her boyfriend are technically not faithful to one another (she sees evidence of him with other girls and she is with his father) but truth be told they weren't truly a couple since they hadn't even kissed. But still, she does refer to him as her boyfriend, so take that as you may.
