Awesome reference for real-world advice for IT Professionals implementing SharePoint 2013 or an Office 365 project. The recommendations are helpful as they cover points of the "how", "why", and "this is what you should plan for" which have helped in my long-term scalability planning.

The information on the hybrid configurations for search and how to structure an information architecture for SharePoint sites as well as for content types for our records management initiative were also very helpful as it saved us a ton of time and helped us avoid several "pitfalls" that we were headed for but this book has been a invaluable resource.

A must read for IT Pros, SharePoint Experts\Admins and Developers looking at SharePoint 2013 development or Office 365 development around areas like the Office 365 API tools and for business intelligence around Power BI as well as hooking into on-prem data from the cloud securely. Its defeintily an entirely different approach than the other SharePoint and Office 365 books I have read as its set from a point of view around "making the right roadmap" decision for IT and matching that with my users business requirements or "use cases" they come to me with all of the time.
