القراءة الثانية منذ قرائتي الأولى عام ٢٠١٤ بعد معاناة مع اكتئاب غير مبرر بالنظر للظروف! ككل كتب دودسون اقرأه بشيء من الشك الصحي.. و لا تجعل افكارك المسبقة عن الممكن و غير الممكن تحرمك الخير الذي في هذا الكتاب و غيره..

أذكر أن الفصول الأخيرة أصابتني بالفزع قبل عامين و نصف، و الآن مررت بها دون أن تحرك في شيئاً الحمدلله.. لعل قرب عهدي بتجربة الاكتئاب و فقدان السيطرة على أفكاري هو الذي جعل قرائتها صعبة..

الخمسة نجوم لا تعني بالضرورة اتفاقي مع كل طرحه الكاتب و لكنها تعني أن هذا الكتاب أحدث نقلة في الطريقة التي أرى فيها نفسي.. فقط!

Compared to his first book, this much-shorter-feeling sequel, with its summaries of religions and long-form citations and dream journaling, feels more like a cash-grab - something written because it could be sold, not necessarily because it had to be written.

Great book that goes into more depth of part 1. This read swings between practicality and infinity. While the first book aimed to explain the “scale”, this book puts you in perspective on where you are on the “energy” food chain and how to increase your self to live a more fulfilling life as well as help others to do the same. I have read a lot of spiritual metaphysical books but the concepts explained here are truly unique and will leave you contemplating your reality - guaranteed.

Glimpses of various realities

I'm glad to have read this book. This is useful. I am tempted to suggest some books I have read to the author, but unfortunately, they delve into darker aspects of things. I have two book series by two separate authors in mind.

I enjoyed reading this book and the insights it gave me. I feel I must always mention in regard to this author that I by no means believe even 20% or his claims. Still, as I said, I still find some of his insights excellent and hard to come by.
