Guard Your Heart

Rate this book
Being a teenager in today's world is challenging, especially for young Christians. They face all the temptations of adulthood, without the years of maturity to fortify them against those temptations. They desperately need help learning how to live bold, live pure, and live free. The key factor to be explored in this book and in the next year of Acquire the Fire youth conferences is found in Proverbs 4:23-"Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life."

Guard your heart is a book on how to do just that, to guard your heart from things that you see everyday and how to keep the things in your life important to your heart. I absolutely love the tenderness in chapter four i believe it is, when Ron Luce talks about how his two daughters show him how much they love him by treating him like a king in a castle, making a throne and a red carpet just for him to read them a bedtime story.
