Nice idea to inspire your girls - or also boys - at school and send them some love or ideas how to overcome anxiety, looking ahead to the end of the day or the weekend to do something nice etc. This may be usual in America, but it´s also a good idea for other nations. Additionally there´s a collection of quotes, jokes and illustrations from famous girls and women. I thought the jokes were a bit same-ish but the rest is a great resource for a good relationship between your girls and their parents or carers. Enough room for personal notes too. Thanks to Rebel Girls and Netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I love this book! I know it just a collection of inspirational quotes but it could give more than a smile to people. It could give motivation to the person who reading it. Let the person that you love know that you really care about them and let the child chase a dream.

My review will be live on my blog - donnasbookblog on 18th July 2023 - publication day!
I thought that this was a really positive book
The book is full of positive messages, little notes, facts and some pretty cheesy jokes that did make me smile.
The book is well laid out and the messages the book is sharing come over really well.
It is 5 stars from me for this one, some great ideas to share and positive messages and facts as well – quite a lot of content too and all laid out really well.
A bunch of paper notes with fun facts, jokes and inspirational quotes from female scientists, sportswomen and artists. Just to give you an example of an empowering affirmation: "When you get home let´s..." or "My wish for you today is that..." This one I like the most: Feeling anxious? Try this..." followed by some ideas on how to fight anxiety.
I got this in a PDF format, so it´s really not ideal for a review. It looks nice and according to some teenagers that I have around it´s kinda cool. I just hope there is enough space left for doodling, scribbling extra notes etc.
Thank you to @netgalley and the publisher for this free eARC in exchange for my honest review. Another great one by tge @rebelgirls. And just in time as my oldest is starting school in September. I'll be using these notes every day to pack in her lunch box. Another 5 star for me
Not putting a date read on this so it doesn't count towards my yearly challenge since it's just a book of tearaway notes. Notes to uplift, jokes, fun facts and tidbits about powerful, amazing women.
Thank you to NetGalley and Rebel Girls for an e-ARC of this book to read and review. Notes to Share is a super cute collection that I imagine to be an engaging tear-and-share note collection. It reminds me of a similar little notepad I had in middle school, I think that was from American Girl, that had lots of pages of tear-out sheets perfect for putting in friends' lockers or passing during class (sorry to all my teachers!) This one feels very much more for parents putting the notes in kids' lunchboxes or hiding them in their coat pockets, or something along those lines, which is totally fine, just different than how I've used similar books before. I had a digital copy so I hope there's a lot of space on the back of the pages to write personalized notes or to encourage passing along the tidbits to friends and classmates too. I think the quotes and fun facts about impactful historical figures and modern-day changemakers make this a distinct Rebel Girls product, but I liked the pages with fill-in-the-blanks and jokes because they encouraged that interaction. Definitely worth checking out!
This is a cute and clever idea. Essentially it is tear out pages with notes that can be put in someones desk, lunch box, back pack or anywhere else as an intended surprise. The messages include inspirational thoughts from famous woman including politicians, athletes, actresses, activists, musicians, etc. There are also notes that are jokes. And notes that are interactive where you can add personalize the message or ask for a response or activity to done later. There are fun facts about famous women too.
I often put notes in my daughters lunch box wishing her a good day when she was in school. This book is an easy and educational way to have that connection. I also like that the illustrations are done by various artists in different styles. And while many of the women are historical there are current contemporaries as well. Ideally this would be a book purchased so the tear out pages can be used as intended. But I can see a library having this giving ideas for writing your own notes. Easily readable, for 2nd grade and up.
Thank you to NetGalley and Rebel Girls (publisher) for the temporary ARC and I am leaving a voluntary review.
I really could not love this book more!! Notes to Share is a delightful collection of over 180 individual notes that you can tear out and pop in lunchboxes or similar.
Each note is different and either contains a positive quote, a fun fact about a famous woman, a joke or a little note that you can fill in. I just know that my daughter, who is 9, would absolutely love these and I've got no doubt she would ADORE having these in her lunchbox.
My thanks to NetGalley and the Publishers for sending me this ARC in return for an honest review.
Very cool idea. Love it. Interactive and useful with a year of notes that include among many things: quotes from famous or motivators, notes to fill in with wishes, motivation, memories, reminders of love, wishes, positive reminders... Also lists and tips, quizzes, and fun facts. It's awesome to send to school with the kids, a little surprise note to help them with their overwhelming days and anxiety. Each page is illustrated by a different artist.
Thank you to Rebel Girls for inviting me to read this book.
NOTES TO SHARE are a series of perforated notes that have a joke, quote, fill-in-the-blank, and trivia on the front side of the card with the Rebel Girls logo on the back. There's enough room to write whatever you want on them. Other than that, the book is exactly as it's described in the summary.
I received an electronic ARC from Rebel Girls through NetGalley. A set of empowering notes to share with the rebel girl in your life. Some are encouraging quotes or fun facts; some are tailored to the young woman being celebrated and encouraged. Terrific for encouraging the middle grade or teen as she faces difficult days. Looking forward to getting this for the young women in our lives.
Even better than advertised! Tear out notes of encouragement and learning to stuff in kids' lunches or backpacks! From simple "I love you", through "You can do it", and beyond to jokes and miniscule biographies. Can't wait to lay hands on one! Great for gifting! I requested and received a free temporary e-book on Adobe Digital Editions from Rebel Girls via NetGalley. Thank you!
Super funny idea to share good vibes throughout the day of the ones you love (especially your children). The book is made of pages to tear off and leave around where your dear can find it. On those pages there are inspiring quotes, a space to doodle or write your messages... I mean it's a really cute idea!
A tear out pages book of smart and fun notes to share with your rebel girl. There are notes with jokes, fun facts, inspirational notes, and requesting replies to make each day different. It's definitely for older girls and not the little ones.
This is a cute tear away book with messages of inspiration and encouragement, that can be included in their lunchbox or backpack. Think of it as the Black History Moments for children.
Notes To Share is another great instalment from the Rebel Girls team. I found this book to be an empowering, educational and enlightening read. I loved the quotes, laughed at the jokes and loved the affirmations that I found adding to my reading journal quite frequently. I also loved sharing this with my friends and family.
A cute addition to the Rebel Girls collection. There are some sweet cards, interesting facts and fun quotes. The jokes were a bit too cheesy for me though!
This is a tear-and-share book. It has fill-in notes, punny jokes, fun facts about women and girls featured in the Rebel Girls series, and my favorite part, quotes from some of those women. Very cute.
Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a digital review copy. Publish date July 18, 2023.
So, these are notes to share. Some have quotes, some a challenge, jokes, or a design. These would be cool for an adult that packs a lunch for a youngin who can read.
Notes to Share by Rebel Girls is a delightful collection with 180 individual notes that you can tear out and pop in lunchboxes, backpack or sport bag. I my opinion is a fabulous tear and share notebook of love. Just like in description this notebook is a great way to brighten your child's day.
This book makes you smile without even realizing it. I was pleasantly impressed by this book that includes quotes of well-known personalities (female scientists, sportwomen and artists), jokes, pages where you interect with your child or even with yourself. This notes are encouraging notes, are such a inspiring notes to make you smile and to realize that you can, you are important both to yourself and to someone else's eyes. It's a good idea to send to school with kids and they will have a little surprise note to help them with their overwhelming days and anxiety. You can do the same, too, only that you as an adult take the notes to work with you, or you can put them in the book you read or in my case, near the coffee maker, which is the first one I see in the morning.
My little girl is too little (she is just two months old) to put into practice the basic idea of this notebook that you can sneak this notes into her lunchbox, backpack, or the book she reads, and you have one note for an entire year. It fits to the middle grade, teenagers who is faces difficult days. There are lots of fun illustrations and many quotes from well-known female role models. I like a lot the interactive notes because you can add personalize the message or ask for a response or activity to done later. This notebook is the perfect way to have that connection, mom-teenage and You-Yourself. What is important is that you can dedicate it to yourself, the mature adult woman, who goes through all kinds of emotional states, but who needs constant encouragement.
The illustrations are done by various artists in different styles, and a lost of this artists are contemporaries as well. There are trivia, facts and quizzes about them, which I like a lot and makes the book more interactive. This book it could give motivation to the person who is reading it. Let that special person in your life to know that you really care about them and encourage them to follow her dreams. Now that I think about it better this book would fit my teenage granddaughter perfectly. This little book will bring joy and confidence for a long time.
Thank you to NetGallery and Rebel Girls (publisher) for the temporary ARC that I received in return for my honest review.
