A very practical book that encourages ministries to look at themselves with fresh eyes. While many will balk at the idea that we are pandering to or catering to consumers and encouraging this mentality in those that visit our churches, in actuality, the book teaches about hospitality. This is a lost Christian discipline for many churches. While no church will be able or even desire to implement all of the suggestions made, at least we can take an honest look at how we do what we do and why.
