Les oeuvres de Marcel Pagnol sont publiées en format poche dans la collection Fortunio. Deux titres, qui ne figuraient pas jusqu?ici dans le catalogue, seront publiés au mois d?octobre. Ce sont les deux films que Marcel Pagnol n?a jamais réalisés. Tous les deux devaient être tournés en 1941 et 42. Pour La Prière aux étoiles, Pagnol tourna quelques séquences dans le midi, puis en 1942 il renonça à terminer son film. La distribution comprenait Josette Day, Pierre Blanchar et Marguerite Moreno, dans le rôle d?une cartomancienne à Luna Park.

But besides that, it was actually a hugely optimistic and joyful story of the triumph of the mind and of love. Makes me happy to be a man.

One of my favourites books ever. It's about the invention of love. It tells the storyof the first man who felt in love for a woman and how he discovered fire for her. It's such a beautiful story! 😍
