Her Wicked Rogue. Sweet Deus. What a way to start off the first chapter of a book. Be prepared. I can’t wait to see what you think it. The novel focuses around the main characters Archer and Princess Anastasia. These two darlings are sure to leave your mouth doing a whole lot of watering and leave your body temperature rising. The love story between these two was well played. I loved all the excitement and all of the entertainment that seared multiple images in my mind. I’m almost sure that I shall not recover from them.
AND I don’t think that I mind it at all. Alright we have to talk about the fantastic writing in this book. I was glued to all the drama surrounding Princess Anastasia and her family. The evil wills of an uncle challenges the love of Archur and the princess. Family honor is a major bond that intertwines Princess Anastasia and her siblings.
It is also the pride, ambition and honor of being the rightful heir to one’s family and that is where honor is the driving force that pushes the emotional will of a family of siblings. To make sure the Princess survives all the problems that her family faces, Archur stands by her side. I definitely had a fabulous time reading the steamy entertainment from these two. Talk about needing a minute to recover from just reading a few little words. I had to turn up the fan in my bedroom and it’s already 69 degrees in my house!
This is a story that is engaging for you the reader. I know you will love that it is a most exciting page turner. The characters help make the story one that you will not want to stop reading. I thought that the writer incorporated details that were mind blowing. The passion and the descriptive details of emotions from the characters made the story feel so real.
Not wanting to give away to much, I will say this though. I think that you will have wickedly fun time reading this book. I give this story two snaps and a, “now get up on my desk and assume the position.” Until next time my fellow readers. Read on! Archer Tierney's book. I don't want to be ugly but what a disappointment. I'm not as disappointed with Archer's story as I was with Logan's book but this was disappointing. Here's the things that were missing for me:
- the initial meeting between Archer and Stassia. Supposedly he fell for her at this initial meeting but we have no info on it
- the meeting where she propositions him
- Archer's manhood. In the Sutton series, Archer was this "don't want to mess with him" kind of character, almost villainous but this book he was a lovesick puppy that knew he was in love with her after knowing her for a couple of days. It was a big bait-and-switch of the character we were introduced to (same with Logan which I'm still annoyed with)
- Character development. I know King Max & Tansy have their book coming but for being important characters in this book, I was really left confused. Why was King Max considered so cold?
There are series out there that introduce characters (like the Suttons in the Winters series) that leave you wanting to know more about their story. Archer was one of those characters coming out of the Sutton series and I was so excited to read his story. This was the longest 300 page book I've read considering I have no clue why it was 300 pages. Scarlett Scott's novellas had more storyline than this book did. Disappointing.

If you’ve read others of Scarlett’s books then you’re probably already familiar with our Hero in this story, Archer Tierney .
He’s the illegitimate son of a Maquess, and he’s a Rogue of the first order.
Handsome, intelligent, and very well known to the underworld and a lot of the Ton too.
His challenge, sorry lady is a Princess and she’s as strong minded as he is.
Looking for her brother before she marries, she employs Archer to help her, but the two end up in bed in more ways than one.
Lots of tense moments, dangerous situations and also steamy scenes that are going to makes you sigh.
These two are made for each other.
Great read and brilliant writing by Scarlett.

This has been the most anticipated book this year in my opinion. Her Wicked Rouge follow Archer and Princess Anastasia. Princess Anastasia or Stasia to those are close has come to London to find her long brother. This is a dangerous mission since the whole objective of finding her brother is to overthrow the tyrant ruler of her country. She has announced her engagement to another suitor who will help her in this revolution. As her final act, she would like to feel passion for the first time, and she has chosen Archer to be the man to tutor her. Archer has lived a rough and tough life. He is known to be a man not to mess around with. He is intrigued on Stasia request. He cannot resist her charms, her beauty and her strength. Now they’re both caught up in this world win romance as revolution is about to bring. Can these two find love. Stasia leave her engagement with The King?

Scarlett Scott is simply one of the best authors around.
I can't say enough about this book.
Archer and Stasia are just amazing characters.
She wants him to find her brother and to give her one night in his bed.
He will help her find her brother and give her the one night in his bed
After the one night together they not only realize it wasn't enough, but they both realize that they love each other and they need each other more than they need their next breath
However she's also promised to someone else because of her duties to her home country. But things change in the future and she is becomes his in every way possible.
This book was intriguing from beginning to end.
I definitely recommend it

I received this book as a ARC.
What can I say other than it was steamy, hot and everything in between! The character of Archer Tierny has been feared in the previous books of the series as a hard mysterious underworld Lord. I couldn’t wait for him to finally find his match! And what a wonderful web of mystery was spun in this match of Archer and Princess Stacia. Their connection is combustible and it’s so much fun to read. Stacia is the perfect hardheaded but smart foil for Archer. Don’t pass this story by it’s Scarlett Scott’s hottest of the hot. The story keeps you guessing and wondering how they could possibly have their happily ever after.

The long awaited story of Archer Tierney proved just as scintillating as Tierney himself. His character has stood out throughout two series, so is it any wonder that his story would be as captivating as his presence. So many questions surrounded this mysterious man and we are satisfied with the answers to what made the man. It would take a heroine of great import and determination to break this rogue, and Princess Anastasia is up to the task. Her regal bearing and selfless soul call to him on a whole other level. I was equally enthralled with her character, a woman of immense strength, a selfless soul and unbeatable spirit. Scarlett Scott always brings the heat, and these two ignite the pages. Their passion was scorching! A truly fantastic conclusion to a compelling series, along with the consolation that it is not goodbye as the characters that stood alongside them would have their own stories to tell in a new Royal series. Don’t miss Tierney’s own HEA, it was a long time coming.

She is in London looking for her remaining brother to see if he will return to his rightful Throne.
She heard Archer was the best in finding people and she pays him to help her find him. She also knows she will be miserable and in a loveless marriage to a cold hearted and cruel man. So she, Stasia asks Archer for a favor! And what a favor and I loved it because why not! I’m so invested with Archer and Stasia, they are made for each other! The passion and the love scenes are hot 🔥 and well descriptively written! I loved it!
This storyline has everything I absolutely Adore about Scarlett Scott! I got emotional and I laughed, especially with Lucky who is Archers best friend. The ending with the secondary characters leaves room for a New series! And omgoodness the Epilogue for them is beautifully sweet!
I am seriously anticipating the next book in this new series!

This book had me figuring out how to turn the pages faster. I am a huge fan of Scarlett’s novels and Arthur Tierny has been a looming character for many. While I know I will get a HEA, I was honest worried for the entire book. The will they tension seeped off the pages. I loved how both characters were earnest and strong. A perfect match.

I loved Archer and Stasia’s story. I’ve been looking forward to Archer’s story for awhile now, and Scarlett Scott did not disappoint. This is a forbidden love, class difference, forced proximity romance with “who hurt you” vibes, and I could not turn the pages fast enough.

I was very intrigued to know more about Stasia, Beast's sister.
She had a tough life since her father died but also her people. She is determined to change her future and her people's too. She strikes a bargain with her betrothed in order to overrule her cruel Uncle and put her brother on the throne.
King Maximilian seemed like a villain for a bit there but I have some doubts after everything went down. I'm glad Scarlett plans on writing his story with Tansy, Stasia's friend.
Stasia went through a lot and that made her a strong minded woman who would do anything for her people, no matter what her destiny was. I really liked her character and the way she handed Archer. The man never stood a chance against her.
Archer was fine being alone, bury his head in work and letting life pass by until a Princess comes knocking on his door and hires him to find her long exiled brother. His life was changed forever.
I really liked these two together and how they burned. I loved that she was the one that came back and asked to be apart of his life forever. It was something that i thought was well done because of the story that was told. She needed to be the one to do it and not him. I liked what Archer did to help her however I wanted him to do a bit more.
Technically this is a standalone and you'll be fine reading this as is but I would recommend that you read at least the previous book, Her Dangerous Beast, to get a sense of what's happening and also to get Beast's pov.

I enjoyed the other books in the series and loved the Sutton series so I was already familiar with Archer and part of his history. I liked him from those books before I even started this one, but I had a hard time really relating to Stasia. Although she had sacrificed a lot and been through many trials, she just presented as selfish for most of the book for me. I felt like Archer was giving the most and sharing his past whenever she asked, but she continued to keep things from him, and it didn’t feel like she was doing it to protect him. I didn’t finally like her and feel her love for him until the last chapter when she came back. I was glad for the happy ending, but I think it was still more for Archer.

I thought the beginning was a flashback or something because the scene jumped to Stasia had a meeting with Archer, and from their conversation, it wasn't their first time meeting, they had been working quite some time.
AND I thought she was in a hurry to find her brother, that seemed not to be the case since most of the scenes here were they spending time together idling LOL

I usually enjoy Scarlett Scott, but am rapidly tiring of all this silly business of the royalty of some imaginary kingdom that has pervaded her most recent books. Enjoyed the characters here but not the silliness.

But Tierney ended the kiss then, tearing his lips from hers.

Yooooooo!!! this book right HERE …woo chile….it’s a beast!!! In my very humble opinion, Her Wicked Rogue by Scarlett Scot is the BEST BOOK in the entire series and that’s saying a lot because the entire series is lit. And before you ask…no they don't have to be read in order as they run parallel to one another but it DOES enhance the experience.
Her Wicked Rogue has it all folks…sex, lies, action, sex, lust, intrigue, romance…SEXXXX….(evil smile). And the men! Woo weeee….talk about tall, dark, handsome and dangerous! Archer Tierney, our hero, is something to behold. Especially when he’s being all protective and whatnot. One of London’s most powerful men, Archer is more than a bit rough around the edges, and he is not to be trifled with… but man is he sweet and gooey on the inside …that is when he wants to be. Hired by Princess Anastasia Augustina St. George, to locate the exiled prince, Archer finds it increasingly difficult to separate business from pleasure. His undeniable and intense pull toward the princess proves to be quite the challenge especially with external threats looming over Stasia’s life.
Princess Anastasia has had enough of the usurper sitting on the throne of Boritania making it imperative that she find and persuade her exiled brother Prince Theodoric to return home and take his rightful place on the throne. To do so, she enlists the help of Archer Tierney, the ruthless and dark man rumored to be not only dangerous but also the best at what he does. Willing to do anything to protect her sisters and country, Stasia must stay alive…and the perfect man to help her do so is already on the job.
YALLLLL look here….there is a scene in this book…folks…I was caught up, do you hear me!?! Straight CAUGHT UP. Like, I was the one actually living it. Stasia was screaming…I was screaming. She was running…I was WATCHING her run (I’m a fluffy goddess…I don't run no where)...and when it was all over and Archer had done what Archer does…I sat back…heart pounding and uttered…”mmmph, you’re my ghat da*mn hero” (iykyk).
Friends…I can call ya’ll that right!?! The best advice I can give you is to get on this series…and do so quickly. Even if you don’t…at least get THIS book..cause bae bay…if you don’t, the only person you have to blame for missing out is yourselves….cause I done already told you…this book is straight fiyah!!! Ooooh and ya’ll, Ms. Scarlett, the tease that she is…just had to introduce King Maximillion, a character so dark and sexy that I'm already gone over him. Yooooooo!!! this book right HERE …woo chile….it’s a beast!!! In my very humble opinion, Her Wicked Rogue by Scarlett Scot is the BEST BOOK in the entire series and that’s saying a lot because the entire series is lit. And before you ask…no they don't have to be read in order as they run parallel to one another but it DOES enhance the experience.
Her Wicked Rogue has it all folks…sex, lies, action, sex, lust, intrigue, romance…SEXXXX….(evil smile). And the men! Woo weeee….talk about tall, dark, handsome and dangerous! Archer Tierney, our hero, is something to behold. Especially when he’s being all protective and whatnot. One of London’s most powerful men, Archer is more than a bit rough around the edges, and he is not to be trifled with… but man is he sweet and gooey on the inside …that is when he wants to be. Hired by Princess Anastasia Augustina St. George, to locate the exiled prince, Archer finds it increasingly difficult to separate business from pleasure. His undeniable and intense pull toward the princess proves to be quite the challenge especially with external threats looming over Stasia’s life.

She was running…I was WATCHING her run (I’m a fluffy goddess…I don't run no where)...and when it was all over and Archer had done what Archer does…I sat back…heart pounding and uttered…”mmmph, you’re my ghat da*mn hero” (iykyk).
Friends…I can call ya’ll that right!?! The best advice I can give you is to get on this series…and do so quickly. Even if you don’t…at least get THIS book..cause bae bay…if you don’t, the only person you have to blame for missing out is yourselves….cause I done already told you…this book is straight fiyah!!! This is a steamy and enjoyable story. Archer and Stacia are well matched and perfect for each other. The story focussed mainly on their relationship with the action taking a back seat which surprised me. We find out more about what makes Archer tick and it was surprising that he fell first and was so protective of Stacia.
Stacia has spent most of her life under her Uncle’s tyranny and being unable to trust those around her. When she meets Archer she feels an immediate connection but takes a little time to fully open up about her secrets. She does however grab the chance to spend time with Archer when she sees an opportunity. But she is torn between her love and her duty. She has an impossible choice to make.
The secondary characters are well rounded and I am looking forward to Tansy’s story with the dangerous King Maximillian.

Ok this book was SOOOO GOOD I finished it in almost one sitting! Addictive!

OMG this book was on fire from chapter two!! The chemistry was so strong that I couldn´t put it down. I’m still hungover missing them. Archer is an amazing character, but Stasia is just perfect. So fierce and brave. She fought against a destiny that was inevitable and embrace her little time with Archer as an experience to treasure forever. And he is a king among mere mortals. So possessive and caring, always protecting her, listening to her desires and dreams. I fell in love with them and the story from the very beginning.
Of course there are many hot and Scarlett Scott level of steam moments, but also a lot of aghast, royal intrigues, a missing prince, a best friend whose own story I’ll be waiting restless for, and a ruthless fiancé I already love. I highly recommend this author and this book.

This was one of my most anticipated books in 2023 and it did not disappoint. Stasia and Archer’s story was everything I wanted it to be… and in the end I was a bawling, puffy-eyed, hot mess and my heart was soooo happy.
Anastasia is a princess on a mission to save her county. Low on her priorities list is finding love, especially since she is engaged to another. But when she is with Archer, holy wow, do the sparks fly. He’s every thing she never knew she needed… and he sees her as the woman that she is and not some trophy on a throne. Archer is the best kind of hero… morally grey, protective, and would do anything for his woman… even let her go. He and Stasia form a bond even though they know their time is limited. Omg the angst these two had to go through to get to their HEA was my emotion filled krypotnite. I freaken love a good ugly cry af… and I took all the wonderful punches in the feels this book dished out!! I could not get enough of it!!
Okay so I have to mention another relationship in the story. I love the BFF vibes between Archer and his butler, Lucky. I believe soulmates come in all different forms… and between these two, their friendship has gotten them through a lot of dark moments in their life. Their bromance was wonderful!! I am hoping that Lucky gets his own HEA.
Scarlett Scott continues to know it outta the park!! I am so in love with this story and had a wonderful time being surrounded by these amazing characters. Another winner!

For those already familiar with Scarlett Scott's writing, like myself, you will recognize the rogue and hero Archer from quite a few of her other books. Also like myself you have probably been impatiently waiting for his story.. and it does not disappoint. The book gets off to a explosive start.
For those not familar Archer is a mysterious, ruthless illegitimate son of the aristocracy who has made his way as a spy, running a network of mercenaries for hire and all sorts of links and connections to the criminal underbelly of london. In this book however we get insight into his desires, motivations and the strong emotional depths his characters experiences; tempted badly by the Princess Stasia. A woman he is immediately drawn too and yet knows he has no future with, in fact she is engaged to a powerful and deadly man.
The result is an incredibly passionate, intense and angst driven romance between two very determined characters. If you enjoy a battle of wills and strong characters you will love this story. I was surprised by the depths of vulnerability you see in Archer. There is also the addition of intrigue, plots and danger as Stasia seeks to find her brother and liberate her kingdom from an evil Uncle.
There is the gut reaching, emotional pull for both characters; torn between their own desires and loyalty/duty that really draws the reader in and makes you emotionally invested in the outcome. You also have exciting hints about the next book in the series.

I know you see in my reviews a lot, that this is a favorite author but having read thousands and thousands of books and hundreds and hundreds of different authors I don't really have that many authors that I consider favorites. Plus I tend to read most of the same authors so it’s more than likely going to be a favorite but I have say, Scarlett is actually one of my top 5 favorite authors. This is my 65th book by her and I have been reading her since 2016. I love her writing and her stories. And her sex is super hot and so well written.
I usually read a book in a day or at most within two days but just prior to reading this book I read another book that was really good and well written by another favorite author but it took me more than 3 days to read it. I thought it was because I am just getting over knee surgery and still just blah. Plus I’ve been super busy at work since I was out a month and been trying to catch up and I just thought I hadn’t gotten back into the reading rhythm. Well I was reading this book for just over an hour and was already at 40%. Funny how that works. If I wouldn't have been so tired I would have finished it in 1 day. 😁
I totally loved Archer and Stasia. I couldn’t put this book down. I loved the story although it did take me a bit to remember what was going on because I read Theo’s story over 95 books ago. After being introduced to Archer Tierney in Scarlett Scott’s The Sinful Sutton’s series, I knew that he was a character that needed his own story. This is that story. In previous novels, Archer has come across as ruthless, calculating and determined. It took this story to see just how vulnerable he was. The story starts with a bang when Archer meets Princess Anastasia who is from a small fictitious country. She is headstrong but incredibly loyal to her family and county which has resulted in much heartache for her. Right away, Archer and Stasia fight for dominance. The sparks are immediate. Archer is one of those characters who has not denied himself of much but is reluctant to give Stasia what she is asking him for. Of course, being a Scarlett Scott novel, the heat between these two is incredible and so is their romance (there are some very explicit but tasteful sex scenes). The story builds as the relationship between these characters evolves and ultimately leads to what every good romance novel needs, which is a happily ever after. I really appreciate Scarlett’s ability to wrap me up in her stories. I smile, cry and sweat out the sex scenes throughout her novels. I enjoyed this last book in the Rogue’s Guild series and look forward to seeing some of these characters in her next series. I was given an advanced reader copy of this novel and these opinions are my own.

Her Wicked Rouge by Scarlett Scott is a charming, exciting, and spicy book. This book is the second I have read by this author, and I couldn't put it down until the end. This book is the third in the Rouge's Guild. It is a stand-alone historical romance with a lot of spice. I thought the storyline was original and beautifully written with vivid detail. I enjoyed the drama and angst in this book. I felt my heart break into a million pieces for the main characters. I loved the heart-soaring and stomach-dropping feeling that the author made me feel throughout this book. I thought that the characters were complex and had great chemistry. I couldn't stop reading, and loved every minute of this book and was sad when it was over.
Princess Anastasia had a backbone, was loyal to her family, and determined throughout this whole book. I loved this character; she was stubborn and definitely not a doormat. Archer was a rouge; he was intense and a total Alpha. I thought the push and pull of both characters was exciting and spicy. They had beautiful chemistry throughout this book. I enjoyed the journey that both characters went through while devouring this book. I just wanted to hug the Princess and tell her she was strong, and it would be okay. I loved the anticipation I felt while on the edge of my seat with what would happen next.- Brooke

Just a fantastic read!!! Just when I thought this author's writing could not get any better Scarlett proves me wrong. With the conclusion of the Rogue's Guild series we find out what happens to the wicked rogue Archer Tierney. He is the bastard son of a Marquess who clawed his way up to become a ruthless London power player. Nothing gets in the way of what he wants. Until a princess enters his world and brings him to his knees. Princess Anastasia Augustina St. George is desperate to find her lost brother so she can save her country from her ruthless uncle. She enlists the help of Archer and is drawn to him from the start. Even though she is betrothed to another, she can't help but want the passion she knows she will find in Archer's arms. This author is masterful in how she weaves her stories together from one book to the next. It is best to read her series books in the order they are written to get a better understanding of the characters. The characters are so well written. This book has just the right amount of romance and suspense. I'm excited to hear a new spinoff series is coming soon. This book is now my favorite of all her books so far. You will not be disappointed in anything this author writes. I received an ARC of this book and is my honest review.

Wow. What can I saw about Stasia and Archer. Two very strong, emotionally and physically scarred characters who find each other. They become vulnerable to each other through their love story. You first meet Archer in several of the previous books by Scarlett and you meet and Stasia in Scarlett’s Her Dangerous Beast. I don’t believe you need to read the previous books to understand the characters and the plot however the plot of this book is a continuation of sorts from her Dangerous Beast where Stasia’s brother is the Hero. From the opening scene Scarlett draws you into the world of intrigue, dangerous rebellions, and political saga that completely engages you. Archer and Stasia’s story is so angsty. The love story that is forbidden and never seems to be able to be, is played out to perfection. The emotional connections that Scarlett imparts to the readers of Archer and Stasia is nothing but amazing. I literally had all the emotions play out in this book. I laughed, and cried, and was totally vested into this story. You will not be disappointed in this book!
