Zara Stoneley is the USA Today bestselling author of The Wedding Date.

Born in a small village in the UK, she wanted to be a female James Herriot, a spy, or an author when she grew up. After many (many) years, and many different jobs, her dream of writing a bestseller came true.

She writes about friendship, dreams, love, and happy ever afters, and hopes that her tales make you laugh a lot, cry a little, and occasionally say 'ahhh'.

Zara now lives in a Cheshire village with her family, a lively cockapoo called Harry, and a very bossy (and slightly evil) cat called Saffron.

Zara’s bestselling novels include 'The Wedding Date', 'The Holiday Swap', 'Summer with the Country Village Vet', 'Blackberry Picking at Jasmine Cottage' and the popular Tippermere series - 'Stable Mates', 'Country Affairs' and 'Country Rivals'.

I love Zara's writing, and this one is another steamy and thoroughly entertaining read. I hear there are more books to come about these friends, and I can't wait.

First person is not my preferred reading material, but I soon forgot about that, and got sucked into the story. And I think that's probably what I liked best about this book, the story. There are some very hot and yummy scenes in this book, don't get me wrong, but it's the beautifully portrayed characters you fall in love with.
I do hope Sophie's story is next, because my heart broke for her a little when we learnt about her childhood.

Fab read!

This was my first Zara Stoneley book, and she kept me up well past my bed time! My first night reading this, I didn't put it down until 12.30 am and I was half way through the book, with an early start the next day :/. So what kept me up, you ask? Well it's super HOT for starters, how can a girl resist being the centre of Charlie and Dane sandwich, I'm fanning myself just thinking about it. Secondly the characters are all incredibly likeable. They're not perfect, by a long shot, but they are decent people trying like mad not to screw things up and sometimes failing. I look forward to more from Zara and this little group of friends.

A delightful menage story set in contemporary Sheffield England (so mind the vocabulary). This one explores the emotional connections between the 4 primary and 2-3 secondary characters more than the mechanics of multi-partner sex. The sex was intense if not overly hot, but the build-up and motivations rang true.

I'm somewhere in-between 4 and 5 stars, but thoroughly enjoyed this story. And boy is it H-O-T. Although set over Christmas and New Year, this book is definitely a year-round read, for example: I'm reading it in July in the middle of a rare British heatwave!

I finished this book uncertain how I felt about the characters, the outcome … basically what I had just read. I’ve sat here for the past 30 to 45 minutes trying to sort out my thoughts and that is saying something. When I first turned on my laptop to write my review I was certain it was going to be short, sweet, and negative and then I would just walk away. As soon as I took a time out and actually thought things through my approach changed.

What drew me to this read was the intense connection the characters have; they are family by choice rather than blood. All four are deeply scarred by past experiences, events that normally make people gun shy; however, somehow they are able to overcome and are very loving and caring with one another.

Though the book is deemed erotic fiction there is so much more to the story than a roll in the hay; all one has to do is scratch the surface. For me, this is a book about four individuals that are able to forget about their troubles by taking a time out from life, over the holiday season, and becoming lost in each other. But as we all know, reality has a tendency to overcome fantasy. One by one each character discovers what they want in their life..well…kinda. The author begs the question, how long can one run before facing reality?

Now, back to the erotica! The book showcases sexual scenes including ménage à trios (F/M/F and M/F/M). In this reader’s opinion, the scenes are not over the top. Don’t get me wrong, the scenes are hot but they certainly aren’t hardcore. If I really take a step back and think about it, there isn’t any “true” F/F or M/M action. In fact, I’m not even sure I would classify the ménages as ménages? I don’t know, read the book and let me know what you think! I’d have to say my favorite sex scene took place outside … but… enough about that. No spoilers here!

As I read, all I kept thinking is… really, you are drowning your issues in sex… and including friends? Who the hell does that? Then I thought … hmm… how many people drown their sorrows in sex, alcohol, drugs, shopping, smoking, eating, etc… The list of potentials goes on and on and I know that I’ve done at least a few of the things I just listed in an effort to overcome the bumps in the road of my reality. Who am I to say which crutch is than the other?

Stoneley has written a story full of life, friendship, lust, love, sex, and exploration. A story about friends working to help each other through their problems. A story that asks how well we really know our friends … ourselves.

A lot can happen as four friends get together to celebrate Christmas. In Zara Stoneley’s Good Enough To Share things happen that no one could have predicted. Holly is recently divorced and has moved to Cheshire England to temporarily share a flat with her old friend Charlie.

Holly is not looking for a relationship but her friend Sophie has other plans and introduces her to a man named Dane who is just looking for a good time. Holly quickly realizes that she has feelings for laid back Charlie and Dane makes her feel like she has never felt before. All four characters have issues in their past that they are trying to work through, The question is will all four still be friends by New Year’s Day.

I haven’t read a lot of Erotic fiction so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started to read Good Enough To Share. What I got was a book with a good story that held my interest and some really steamy sex scenes. The best part though was the four main characters, they all have an interesting back story and are complex in their own way.

As far as erotic fiction goes the story was believable and each character was like someone you would meet in everyday life. The sex scenes were also very well written and not so over the top that they were ridiculous. Being new to this genre of books, I’ve never heard sex scenes described this way and I really enjoyed it. There was a scene that was outdoors that was very good and a couple of scenes that had more than one person that was really hot and bordering on kinky.

If you like to read books with good sex scenes and character driven stories then Good Enough To Share is one you should check out. A sequel has just been released called Good Enough to Trust that focuses on Sophie that looks really good also. I’m really curious to see what Zara Stoneley will come up with in the sequel.

After breaking up from a rubbish marriage Holly decides to move in with Charlie, one of her best friends; the other being Sophie. Over the Christmas holidays things start heating up. What starts out as a bit of fun soon becomes that much more…. Who will Holly choose? The sexy-ass Dane or best-friend Charlie.

Okay so… Oh My Goodness!!! That was totally unexpected. Before reading ‘Good Enough to Share’ I had never read a book with F/M/F or M/F/M so i was shocked as hell to start with (don’t know why as i knew it was coming).

Holly has two best friends; Charlie who is super hot and whom she also lives with, and Sophie who loves sticking her nose in everyone’s affairs. Charlie was such a lovable character, his vulnerability had me wanting to wrap him up in a big hug and never let him go again. Sophie was the complete opposite, I get that she was only trying to help but she totally annoyed me from start to finish, although at times i could see why they loved her.

What was supposed to be a bit of fun with Dane turns out to be a bit more than just fun, things even go that level higher when Charlie gets involved. I had to put the book down a few times just to fan myself as I was getting hot, hot, hot!
I liked Zara’s style of writing. The way it was written was so believable, the characters had depth and the story was very emotional, something that’s not always easy to do with the length of the book.

Overall it was a fun read filled with lots of humour, great friends and hot steamy sex.

I was gifted a copy of this book by the author for an honest review.
The book is an erotic romance sent in Cheshire, England. Which I loved, as I lived in Cheshire for a few years. It’s always nice to read a book that is set locally to where you are or have been.
Holly was living in London with her Husband James. She moved to Cheshire after her divorce and become Charlie’s flatmate. Sophie, Charlie and Holly have all know each other since university.
The character development has been really well done. The erotic scenes are good, well written and well thought out. I did find them a little mild compared to what I’ve read in the past, with ménage type books, but all the same they fitted with the book.
I loved the way that even though they were all emotionally challenged, due to difficult experiences in their pasts, they all come together as a group. They laugh together, fight together, cry together and have wild monkey sex together.
The leading lady Holly isn’t looking for love when she meets Dane but she is drawn to him in an unexplained way. Dane has that many emotional barriers I think a nuclear bomb would struggle to pull them down. Poor Charlie as fancied Holly since the first time they met but didn’t want to rock the boat of their friendship and burn bridges. And Sophie? Well you really have to read the book to even attempt to understand Sophie.
Does it all come crashing down around them? Well that’ll be telling!
Great book I really enjoyed it.

Good Enough to Share

Holly has come to stay with old friends after divorcing her husband because of his no good cheating ways. Best friend Sophie decides that what Holly really needs to unwind is to get laid. Just so happens that she knows that Dane is also in need of some no strings attached, let down you hair and scream your throat dry from the orgasms/sex. It helps that he's hot and Holly already has her eye on him. What she didn't plan on was Charlie, Holly's happy go lucky room mate and long time friend also wanting the same. It's a good thing that Charlie and Dane are already friends and while they had not planned on sharing, they are able.

Of all of the menage stories I have read in a long time, this one has to have the most believable outcomes. To offset it though, there is an amusing story about a family Christmas that involves the near demise of a house involving a family hamster in a hamster ball via vacuum and a dog and a turkey!

4 out of five stars for this book. Very adult content for this modern day menage. Good starter book, Possibly one of two, could there be a book for Sophie???

“Good Enough To Share” by Maria Stoneley is a surprise in the genre. Billed as an erotic menage fantasy, the little book is much more than that. It is a story of four people I found I truly liked. I found it to be a lot more than just erotic fiction. The story is sweet – not in a saccharine sort of way, but in a very warm and caring way. All four characters are damaged very deeply, and yet they are very caring with one another. It is more than a ‘roll-in-the-hay’ book. It was, for me, about the pain others put us through and how our friends help us to work through that pain and learn to reach out to others.

Sophie, one of the two female characters, I personally identified with, as I am much like her. I stuffed the pain of my history down so deep it ate me from the inside out, just like Sophie. Holly also touched me, personally. Maybe that is why I liked the characters so much. I could identify with them.

Overall, a quick read with a bit of erotica, and a lovely story line. I will be watching for the next in this series. Maria is planning three that I know, check out her website

Good Enough to Share I really love erotic romance and ménages and this book did not disappoint. Sophie tries to make everything perfect for everyone. She sees that Holly and Dane would be perfect for each other and tries to put them together, starting with a ménage of the 3 of them. She even goes as far as tying Holly up in Dane's bed while she is blindfolded. Yep, hot sex follows!!! And there is also a ménage with Dane, Holly and Charlie. They all have issues they have to deal with. I really enjoyed this book, enough that I am going to read the next one. The storyline was easy to follow and enjoyable. I loved Holly and Dane's story. There is an HEA in this book even though there is a 2nd book. There was some laughter and some tears at different parts of the book. There is hot, steamy sex scenes so if you don't like this, don't read. I hope this helps you decide to read it, I think you will like it!!

I love Zara Stonely’s books. This one had me hooked from page one, in a couldn’t-put-it-down kind of a way, as the fun opening developed into a compelling story about a lovely group of friends. The brilliantly drawn, very likable characters interact in surprising, yet believable ways, and the story covers a lot of ground, giving illuminating insight as the friends help each other work through their individual problems. Stylish and full of wry humour, Zara’s writing has an economy and clarity which she uses to create pacey stories, complex characters, and relationships with great emotional depth - a combination rarely found, especially in a novel of this length. Heat rating: sizzling! And so atmospheric, I felt like I’d spent the festive season in Cheshire. Can't wait for the next in the series.

Interesting start to this story, so much so I went back and read it again after I finished it thinking I'd missed something. Now I'm like what happens now? The title really is spot on, sharing was freely done and I got a little worried that her ex was going to get back in on the action. This it's my first story by this author so I'm kind of wondering if there is more to this story, it kind of leaves you hanging. The story leads you to think this is the beginning, and then they tell you their past and these four emotionally traumatized people basically work through their issues in debauchery. I'm not judging! just saying, so it's like a stand alone story except Soph(who basically manipulated everyone) is the one who leaves and this is like a series teaser? I don't know, just a thought.

This was almost a 4 star book, would have liked more to the ending however. It was a pretty good MFM book though. There was a small FMF scene which was new for me but for the most part it focused on the female and male MC's. All the characters seem to be going through some heavy life transitions, mostly revolving around relationships and they find solace in each other. Pretty hot read and interesting story line too

It’s a long time since I read a book written in the first person and I loved it. Zara Stoneley has a unique ‘voice’ – and it brought her characters to life making the story all the easier to relate to. It’s hot, it’s steamy and it will warm the cockles of your heart over Christmas. Move over Jilly Cooper and Kathy Lette you might have a bit of competition!

3 and a half stars.

Holly is recently divorced, Charlie has yet to get over his "true love", Dane feels he is not good enough and Sophie keeps her hurts hidden as she meddles into the love lives of her three friends.

Fun story, simmering sex scenes. Dane is yummy! Story could use some editing to bring rating up.

What a wonderfully written work!

Characters are so developed, I felt like I knew them personally by the end of the story.

This books asks, how well do we really know our friends, ourselves, what happens when we let go, open our minds and see what is right in front of us.

Loved it!

This is such a hot erotic story.
This is about 4 damaged people & how they send Christmas/ new year. Such a nice storyline that wasn't rushed either. I'm looking forward to reading number 2 in this series.
I received this in return for an honest review.

This was pretty good. A little bit of sharing between friends... for comfort and release mostly, though two of them have deeper feelings. But when one of them takes a leap and sort of shares those deeper feelings, the other one backs off. And it's hard to know why, because he doesn't talk about what influenced his decisions about relationships. The "good enough" part of the title sort of relates to both characters. In Holly's case, she's adopted and not super close with her adoptive mom... add to that a husband who thought he could just fool around with multiple people and she'd be his prim and proper "public" wife. When she found pictures on his phone, he told her (TOLD HER) that she wasn't enough and never would be and couldn't give him what he needs (but he wanted to stay married?). So she thinks she's not worth loving. For Dane's part, I don't want to spoil it, but it's a bit sad and I can understand why he'd be afraid to start something. But thankfully they work through that. There's another one after this that I will probably look up eventually.

*** book given by author for Read For Review (R4R) Modern Good Reads **

I had a hard time rating this. Road the fence on 2 or 3 stars. So Ill give it 3 stars. A Emotional roller coaster for all involved. Holly all mixed up after her divorce a woman that has never had sex unless she felt something for the partner. Really that was just a wow for me.(Maybe Im damaged)Sophie did get on my nerves a wee bit. I did like her sex is just sex because well yes sometimes it is. Charlie made me feel sorry for him trying to pick up the pieces after his best friend/lover leaves him. Dane gun shy after his woman leaves him letting it be know he wasnt good in bed. Again yeah emotions all over the place.
The Sex scenes were interesting not too hot but warm enough. MFM, FMF seemed quick and left one going um .. ok. This is a series book, not sure at this point if Ill read anymore. We shall see.
