SERIES NOTE:

The "Credesar Series" is related to the "Knights Series" in that it shares many of the same elements, but it is set in a different time period. Each series is part of a larger work called "The Eye of Tharnin Chronicles"

BOOK SUMMARY:

How does a man cope with the grim burden of harboring a demon in his soul and still maintain his honor and courage? And what if it was the most powerful demon of all--an ancient magical fiend known as Credesar who once terrorized the land?

A young sorcerer named Kelden is faced with this reality. With Credesar lurking within Kelden, waiting to break free and possibly end his life, the situation is dire. To make matters worse, his masters--the tower seers--are sending him off on a long and perilous quest to destroy the demon.

But nothing is what it seems. Someone wants Kelden dead for reasons of their own, and danger lurks at every turn in a land ravaged by ethereal beasts. Soon Kelden finds himself caught in a web of mystery with scheming seers, and dark entities from the hungry realm of Tharnin, making war upon each other.

Who can Kelden turn to when terrible forces seem stacked against him on all sides and Credesar seems intent on consuming his existence from within? The answer comes as a surprise to all.

About the author

Robert E. Keller is a fantasy writer and the author of the Knights Series. Previously a short fiction writer with many published stories to his credit, he turned his attention to novels in 2011 and has never looked back.

Robert was born in Northern Michigan and still lives there with his wife Tracy. He had a very active imagination from the time he was old enough to become self aware, and he would invent elaborate fantasy and science fiction stories in his mind. It was only natural for him to begin spending much of his time crafting short stories and novels on the computer screen. Many of the ideas in those tales were discovered on long walks through the woods.
