Jenna couldn't thank Duncan Fergusson enough for coming to her rescue when her car connected unexpectedly with a boulder on a quiet road in the Scottish Highlands. But did that entitle him to keep Jenna and her little sister, Suzie, virtual prisoners in his home? She simply couldn't counter his reasons for prolonging their stay. First, the local doctor -- summoned by Duncan -- prescribed a few days' rest for his two patients. Then, to make matters worse, Duncan bewitched Suzie. Why was he making it so hard for them to leave? And why did part of Jenna really want to stay...?
I skimmed this one. I think I would like it, but there was something off on the chemistry chart. It wasn’t strong enough for the two to suddenly be having making out sessions. They just met and idk why she keeps allowing him, too. They be acting a bit too familiar! And it was annoying how the author would hint but not revealed the mysterious secret why he dislike her family. It was unnecessarily dragged out, and at that I didn’t have the patience for the story. Anyways, characters mold setups aren’t very strong or consistent. Can’t relate to him or her.
