A very good introduction to the overseas investment real estate market. I am in the process of reading it a second time, as this one deserves careful study. Incredibly useful and inspirational.
Good book. There are some great pointers in here, but you do have to get through a lot of anecdotes to find those gems. I'm not sure if I'm more excited or more terrified to buy overseas now ;) but I think that if I feel this way, then the book did it's job of being a good primer for how to get a start in thinking about everything.
