Just recently, I discovered the power of gratitude and how much it can change ones life. Since then, I have kept a gratitude journal and made sure every morning I note down five (5) things I am so grateful to God for (food on the table, breath of life I still have, family members, to name a few). I have reaped the benefits of this newly formed habit.
Roberts Liardon, in his book also supports the idea every human being must count his/her blessings.
I am glad I started doing that and plan to continue every day.
