Sure some concepts and case studies are arguably outdated, but the analysis brought forward by Robin and John in this short book is straightforward and superb given the time it was written (Given the data they had). I am glad people like Robin and John were able to adequately analyze the economic landscape and its future implications while at the same time making a book that is easy to read and does not have overly complex jargon. Let's hope we continue to improve and maybe evolve from the Washinton Consensus as pointed out in the book, and also create more democratic forms of social development.
