The story of a young reporter blaming a baseball team on their losing streak by their abusive manager. - A little boy believes his team will win the pennant, especially after the manager beings to hear the voice of an angel helping him, if he changes his ways!

I read this book a long time ago and watched the movie as well. They're both great and have a little bit of comedy. Might not be comedy I might just laugh at stupid things but it's not that realistic. It has a realistic atmosphere to it but some of the scenes are wild. It is definitely a book that'll make you smile. I would request this book to anyone, I think people who don't understand sports would even like it.
