As an avid Angels fan, I enjoyed the behind-the-scenes look at the early days of the franchise, but the poor writing was distracting, and I'm afraid I can't really recommend this book. The author clearly pours his heart into the team, and is passionate about the subject, but he needed the strong hand of a good editor. His book ends up feeling like one of my reviews: amateurish, and lacking style. "A"for effort.
