I got this book many years ago from a thrift store, not knowing anything about it besides reading the back of the book. It seemed interesting to me, and on the back, it said it was 7+- so I figured at the very least, the book would just maybe be a little slow or boring… but surely, it would still be age appropriate!
Sadly, that was NOT the case.
This series is very violent , for manga, it’s one of the more violent series I’ve seen, totally 13+, but maybe even worse. The book even opens with a girl bathing, and she’s hardly censored whatsoever at all. There’s also a boy watching her- just- yeah. It was just fan service, right off the bat, for no reason at all.
At that, this book wasn’t interesting or good. The plot didn’t keep me at all, it felt forced, and the artwork was lackluster. Not a hidden gem, just a disappointment.
(This book contains a girl bathing, not very censored at all, and a boy watching. It also has lots of violence. I would give this book an age rating of 13+)
This was interesting. It only the beginning but I like the dynamic between the girls, Julin, Kalin, and Seilin. I'm glad that they established that they have diferent mothers as it explain the difference in looks and it add dimension to their father in the process.
This is one of the most action-packed manga that I have read in a very long time. It keep your attention at all times. The pages almost turn themselves. It keeps you wanting to read more. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series online someplace, since I only own V1 of the series. Wonderful!
It's cute. Very typical of manga of it's time. The dialouge is a bit sparce and the storyline moves very quickly, which lends to very little character developement but I went in knowing that.
