素晴らしい内容です。しかし私が勤めているP&Gではこれらは当たり前で、何も新しくはなかった。逆にいうと、本書がよく売れているということは、日本には「自分はプロフェッショナルになれていない」と思っている人が非常に多いということなのでしょうか。だとすると恐ろしいことです。
