Randi B. Noyes states the obvious in this book. It is helpful for people who don't feel they have control about their lives. One can summarize her telling with the phrase 'Be in the center of your own painting". She continuously tells about people she met, or helped during her sessions. This makes it an easy read, but also becomes a boring story with lot of redundancy. I didn't learn much from her book. Also most of her works is inspired upon Christian values. She does state that she is keeping it secular. But from her underlying assumptions you feel her religious roots. All in all, it was a little inspiring, but not life changing book.

The techniques presented in the book might seem too simple to be efficient, but they were exactly what I needed this autumn. Randi really hit the nail on the head, and reading this book helped me get through a personal struggle.

Conheço apenas esta versão e parece-me bem escrito. Trata-se de uma obra bastante completa sobre o tema a que corresponde o título. Contém muitas dicas boas e interessantes.
