This book is exactly what I needed. Although I have a fair knowledge of British birds it's still good to have them all on a page to compare. The photos are the best I've seen with lots of detail. This book manages to pack lots of information into a pocket sized bundle making it perfect to use in the field. My new go-to book.

Good concise guide, but not totally comprehensive. Nice and easy to use and a handy size to take out and about! 🐦

March 16, 2022It was a yellow-rumped warbler, not a "zebra looking goldfinch" as I dubbed him. Don't judge me, watching backyard birds gives me dopamine.
