Kiki Swinson was born and raised in Portsmouth, Virginia. She discovered her flair for writing after completing her first novel, Mad Shambles, while serving a five-year sentence at a federal prison. After being released in December 1996, Kiki later went on to self-publish Mad Shambles. Her passion for writing didn't stop there. Writing feverishly into the wee hours of the night, she completed her second novel, Wifey, which was published by Melodrama Publishing. After the success of Wifey, Kiki penned the sequels I'm Still Wifey and Life After Wifey, as well as The Candy Shop and A Sticky Situation.
aww I'm so sad agent foster really!! Lynise finally found someone to love and would protect her through anything. Thanks to Ms. Swinson there will be a part six and I'm hoping agent foster makes it through cause without him Lynise has no one. One Carter brother is down but there is still one more and of course Bishop is still out there. I think it's also safe to say that you can add agent Rome and Mann to that list as well there disappearance didn't add up.
Book was hella good.I couldn't put it down,I had to keep reading because it had me from the first page.I swear that poor girl is always in something and it's sometimes the choices she makes.I cant believe the backstabbing Rome and Mann was forreal. The ending was a little disappointing but hey maybe there will be a part 6
Well I've completed all 5 books and Lynese was left clinging to life. She's pretty resilient after all she's been through. Agent Foster has fallen in love with her but, it won't happen that they will live happily ever after. I won't tell you what happened. Hope there will be a # 6 to see what becomes of Lynese and Bishop.
Sheesh....good book but I'm tired of the storyline. I wish this series would come to an end already! This is ridiculous ...what happened to good stand alone books? While I'm a big fan of KiKi I am tired of her stories dragging on. Please take me out of my misery and end this series already! Create some new characters! Signed a fed up reader
Read this book within a few hours. It was a good fast pace read. I thought 5 would end the series but no there's going to be a part 6. Can't wait to find out about the detective.
