This book is an easy read about a unique and interesting concept. The whole premise is that you should set up some easy and inexpensive test before making a decision that will be hard to change or costly. The key is that the test should be performed on the same group of people who will actually be involved in the final decision. Benji goes into great detail about how to set up such a test for better decisions in business and personal life.

Benji Rabhan makes a strong case for his "Test Before You Test" model and offers actionable examples to teach you how to implement it. I found the book very useful. I will give TBYT a try in my next project. I also liked how he integrate his website into the boom by offer "for more information" links.

There are times when hyperbole ruined a completely plausible premise. This is one of them.
