This was an excellent addition outside of that jab about fat and ugly early on. That was clearly the author using his characters as sockpuppets again, a nasty habit of his.

Now would also be a great time to point out that whatever he may believe about the invigorating effects of training (which I won't dispute), he seems to have no natural concept of what the life cycle of a joint is, or the fact that we don't self-repair those. So much for his knowledge on the subject.

Anyway, interesting new dynamic between the Trailblazers/ Clans and Star Force now. Hope it doesn't turn into conflict at any point.
