This book only scratches the surface of each of the emotional/experiential approaches (as expected, I suppose). Though it is a gold mine of more comprehensive resources about each approach. So, if as a CBT practitioner, you want to add more emotional/experiential flavour to your sessions, but have absolutely no idea where to start from, this is the book for you.
