This book tell the story of Blake, is unable to forget Livi whom he met two years ago and vanished after an accident that has caused him to lost some memories. It was at the family’s hotel that he found her again and it is revealed that Livi has been waiting for Blake all this while. She knew his identity as the heir of the family hotels where she is working. But for Blake, all he can recall was they are compatible with each other and enjoyed each other company very much. He wanted to know more about Livi. Livi on the other hand, is waiting for Blake to come after her and reestablish their relationship. And they did but the media managed to found a secret that Livi is still holding back from Blake; they are married two years ago. Upon finding out the news, Blake rejected Livi and claimed that she wanted only his money. But it was never so. With the encouragement from Blake’s family, both of them patched their relationship as best as they could and Livi moved into Blake’s home for a trial run in their marriage. But there are something missing in their new relationship. Blake is not who he was when he first found her and he doesn’t seem want to start a family. Livi noticed it and soon, it becomes clear that Blake does not feel the same for her as she hopes for and with that, she doesn’t seem the reason to continue with their marriage.
This is a sweet read for me and I really like the story line very much. It is a sweet romance story with a hint of bitter taste in it. I like Livi for her humble self and her loyalty to Blake. Not easy for someone to wait for two years yet she did, waiting patiently for Blake to come to realization and look for her. I also like the fact that she kept her true identity from Blake even at the stage where Blake accused her of greed for marrying him.

Really interesting tale that had my attention the whole time. The pace was wonderful and the characters engaging. Great dynamic in the relationship that made it very believable. Beautiful storytelling that entertained the whole time!
It had really great flow and did the job of making me think at times. I love a book that taps into my emotions. I am a real sucker for a sexy romance!! I laugh, I cry and I wish the hero were real so he could be mine! LOL
I would love to see more from this author! Definitely one to watch in the future.
It took me a few weeks to finish this novel. It was well written but not enough to keep me captivated and on the edge of my seat. This was definitely a roller coaster love. What goes on in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas! If you’re looking for a good love story without the risqué behavior, this is ideal for you. However if you’re looking for a provocative and steamy romance story, this is not the one. I love the way the story ends and I’m certain you’ll like it too. So I recommend it.
Will ruin everything you thought you had for Livi and Blaze it was too many secrets that kept them apart. It was the very same secrets they kept them from breaking up. Nice how they both wanted some of the same things and I’m so glad neither gave up fighting for their love in the end.
This series is very good, it is entertaining ✍🏾 and good reading. This book of the series is multi scenarios with working towards a reconciliation and ultimately a wedding. Read the series but this book is exceptional in twists and turns.

Review: Five Star Romance, was the third installment to the Alexanders' of Beverly Hills series and promoted a theme of man has memories of a woman he met in Vegas and then fate intervenes and they cross paths two years later. This story also incorporated a second theme where lack of communication can steer lovers on separate paths. The above synopsis and the actual storyline are misleading, and may confuse readers during the first few chapters. Ms. Thomas had a good plot however; it was a challenge trying to determine who was speaking when reading certain passages. The storyline flowed however it did have some gaps that will make the reader question certain events. Blaze and Livi were likable characters with flaws that took them awhile to realize they needed to communicate and get to know each other before rushing into a relationship. The setting of this book was fitting for the storyline. I have read other works by Ms. Thomas that I thoroughly enjoyed. She is a gifted writer that can weave a story to show that characters can date before involving the physical aspect of the relationship. This was an okay read. Deborah A. Fortner Urban Divaz Reviews

Awesome Read! From the introduction of the characters Blaze Alexander and Levi...I was rooting for their love and their marriage! This is a true love and romance story. Blaze who had never really been in love before had to find his place in the love arena and finally lay it all on the line to include his true feelings and ego for the love of his life, Levi! Levi loves Blaze from the beginning. Even 2 years did not remove her love for him. She can't imagine being without him in her life! She and Blaze are both a like in so many ways, they are a match made in heaven. They both are private people and do not like the lime light or excessive media being in their business. However, the media spills a huge secret that can put a blemish on the Alexander name and destroy their love before it really gets started.
The Alexander family stick together through thick and thin. They are close family that will join forces as a family in a crises or in time of need. They share and help Blaze and Levi find truth in following their hearts and expressing their love. It is truly worth fighting for. I have enjoyed all of the books that I have read in the Five Star Series (The Alexander Family) but this one is one of my favorites.
I started reading this book because I had forgotten to bring the boo I originally started to work. I can't be stuck without something to read so I borrowed "5 Star Romance" from a co-worker.
This story featured characters that were just too perfect. The Alexanders are very rich people; they were happy most of the time, they shopped to their heart's content, and ate at fancy restaurants when they felt like it. The Alexanders had it all, but that gave me the impression that they were artificial. Everything is just right all of the time and if it isn't, then resolutions are within arms reach. How can a person relate to them? They knew when to be angry and when not to be. Too perfect. Even the two main characters who didn't get along for a shirt time, their problem was solved in no time. It just seemed too easy, superficial, fluffy.
I don't have much to say about Five Star Romance. It was an Okay read. It felt rushed and very flimsy. There was nothing new in this one. The same plot over and over gets daunting. There's new character names but essentially everything else is the same formula.
I would like to read more. A different country, a single parent, everyone not rich and perfect, not just jumping into sex and everything working out in the end after all the inevitable angst.
What happens in Las Vegas, stayed in Las Vegas. Three amazing days, an accident, secrets, and lack of trust have Livi Carlyle and Blaze Alexander going in circles. Ms. Thomas, has come full circle and going back to writing romance, Five Star Romance took me back to the very firs book I read by Ms. Thomas in the 80's.
Maybe I am being a bit harsh but I was expecting much more from this author and this series.
Things jump ahead the I feld like scens were missing. Blaze needed to be dropped on his head again to get reality knocked into him. Livi should have stood her ground and been open in the very beginning instead of running. I knew what was coming and when. Things were just way to predictable.
I loved all of the twists and turns in this story of love found and lost, and found and lost, and, well, it brought tears to my eyes several times as bad boy Blaze comes to realizes what love really is.
This book was an ok read for me. I thought that it had a pretty good storyline about Blake Alexander and Livi Carlyle "Olson", but felt like something was missing.
