I've been in hospitality for 15 years and a manager therein since 2016, and so it's a little silly that I'm just now getting around to reading this. In the meantime I learned a lot of what's in this book by doing and by having great mentors during my time with Marriott International. Now that I'm renovating and opening an independent property out from under the Marriott flag for the first time, I'm glad I read this. Provided some great clarity on some stuff that I was aware of but at which I was hardly an expert. Recommended for all hospitality leaders.
