A British Psychologist (T1D herself) Nash offers basic (Cognative Behavioral Techniques) to examine and short-circuit beginner D issues and challenges. A tangible mistake, Nash wrote for the broadest D audience possible. Had she stuck to T1 specific problems, or issues for seriously experienced D, the book would have been unique and significant.
