Great mini series focusing on one of my favorite Joes. Nice art and an interesting storyline made this a very enjoyable read. Recommended

Nothing like a good ninja story to get the blood pumping. I liked the introduction to Sean Collins and how he met Snake Eyes, then started training with the team and then went after Firefly. The art work was a bit blurry at times and to be honest I had trouble telling the characters apart once they were out of uniform and all together in Tokyo. Overall the story was a good one. Glad I read it.

You get some Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow action but that’s a pretty minor aspect here. This is a Kamakura story and it’s pretty rad watching him evolve into the perfect apprentice for Snake Eyes and the last Arashikage ninja. Snakes leaving Scarlett at the altar is a shitty move but when they finally get around to an explanation it makes sense. Cameos from Duke and personal favorite Chuckles is nice and anytime Firefly is involved I’m onboard. It’s a tad slow in parts but this is a khoul Joe story.
